Not the biggest deal breaker but a big inconvenience nonetheless. This was only communicated a few weeks into the process. Upon attempting to deliver 2 months later, the drivers arrived with a damaged unit. We denied this and demanded a new unit but were quoted another month. Neither Bosch nor Universal appliance did anything to help expedite the process. I felt like I was the one bothering them the entire time. I finally caved and decided to look at other options which were all more expensive. I was looking at a Miele unit but after some research realized my breaker wouldn't be able to support the added amperage. The company denied my request to check out the damaged unit and instead wanted me to have them install it and then repair it later, all at the expense of my time. After 3 months, I was ready to give up and requested a refund. I tried over the phone and in person at the store but was told it was being ran up the ladder for approval both times. Nobody seemed in a hurry to help and instead mentioned that magically my new Bosh oven arrived. The manger told me that the refund would be processed by end of the day which never came. The next day when I called and spoke to the same manager, he quickly eluded that he was on another phone call once he recognized my voice. Needless to say he could even be bothered to return my call. I wasn't sure why it had to end so ugly, but I reached out to my bank to disputed the charges since I paid 3K and never received anything. Such a horrible experience and still never got a call back. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Above all, I find them honest and trustworthy where their competitors I've used are not. They SHOULD be certified for Subzero service but there is only one company in all of California that is and my experience with that company is quite disappointing. By their service agreement (which gives them the entire state with no competition) they are SUPPOSED to deal with certain emergency issues (like my freezer stopping working) expediously and THEY couldn't/wouldn't schedule for nearly 3 weeks, their excuse being "we are very busy." Enough said?

We have a working dishwasher again and the service experience was very good. It wasn't an easy repair, but they made the process as painless as possible.

The problem is that the serviceman mistakenly failed properly to adjust the kick-plate which prevented the door from closing, which prevented the machine from being used, and which necessitated a new appointment and waiting window. This proved to be seriously inconvenient for me. In my view, the owner, Roman, should have accommodated for his company's mistake and should that day have made arrangements for a service person to return that day. He didn't accommodate my request, requiring me to cancel a doctor's appointment previously scheduled on the first date a service person could come. Not good. Now my review, sadly, is reduced to three stars. I don't like feeling that I must give an honest review, which is below five stars. In my view, a five star review connotes perfect service. So, when the owner was apprised that the service was immediately imperfect, he should have bent over backwards to make things right on the day that the appointment occurred. Between the owner's inconvenience and mine, it's the owner who should have suffered the inconvenience on the day that things should have been right, not wrong. By this review, I'm letting him know he should have done better, way better. This is my final follow up: Igor, who's the person who mistakenly failed properly to adjust the kick plate, came out on Monday and quickly fixed the problem. He's knowledgeable and a delight. After discussing water hardness with the building engineer he change the internal softener setting, which will reduce use of salt and protect the racks from rust. He demonstrated cleaning the microfiber pores in the filter and brushed out grime deep in the hinges. I debated the cost for a certified repair shop and now I am confident it was the right choice.

Waadt service technician Abdul came to my house and fixed my 28 year old dryer and my even older oven! For a very low cost. I was expecting to replace both but Abdul was so helpful and knowledgeable and was able to fix them for a very low cost. They work like new! I am so appreciative and won't go anywhere else! To be fair, I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted after agonizing over Consumer Reports and online reviews. Waadt was the third appliance store I visited. Prices were consistent across the board. Most places didn't have demo electric ranges in store since it's low in demand, but they can order anything and seem to have direct contact with vendors. I wasn't in a hurry, so I placed my order with Bill on 2/13/26. He called me on 2/24/26 to let me know my appliances had arrived, process payment and we scheduled install for 2/26/26. I was given an install window of 9:30-11:30AM and they showed up around 10:00AM. The install guys were great. There was of course a problem, as my current range was hardwired to the electrical and there was no outlet for the new one. They said no problem, ran to the hardware store, bought the necessary supplies, installed the outlet and had me up and running. This is exactly why I didn't go with a big box store. Bill let me know his installers were equipped to handle any surprises and they were. Big box stores will only plug it in and leave. Any problems you're on your own to solve. Install prices, with the addition of an outlet, were reasonable. Would I use Waadt again? Definitely!
