After a short conversation he had me turn on my wheelchair and do a couple of things with the joystick. In just seconds I had power and my chair worked perfectly. He could have had me bring it in etc and charged me for fixing it but he simply helped me. The therapist took time and tried on different masks until we found one that I liked and worked for me. Their prices on the knee walker were the lowest we could find. The therapist also did follow up with me to make sure I understood how to use my CPAP machine. We will go back there for all our future home health needs.
