After a short conversation he had me turn on my wheelchair and do a couple of things with the joystick. In just seconds I had power and my chair worked perfectly. I have two power wheelchairs and a scooter and you can be sure that he will get my business when they need anything or I need a new one. The pharmacists know their buisness but are a bit abrupt with you if you have questions. Otherwise this is a solid pharmacy. Price wise they are at or below Walgreens, Hyvee, and CVS and sometimes significantly cheaper. An antibiotic for example was $12 at Wagey and $87 at Walgreens!!! This holds true on most things but I also have found some things higher in price. Again, shop around for the best price.

I need a wheel chair for an upcoming surgery. I had no problem fitting in a regular sized…read morewheelchair. However, the seat only came to the middle of my thighs, and since I needed to keep one of my legs elevated, there was dead space between the middle of my thighs and the top of my calf. I found it even though I didn't need the extra size the bariatric wheelchair seat actually came to right under my knees. The issue I have with Kohl's is that it would've been $65 a month for the regular size wheelchair, however, for the bariatric wheelchair, the price went up to $200 for the month. What gets me as a wheelchair is a wheelchair. Why should I have to pay more than double the price?

My Mother ended up having a bad fall which left her unconscious and then she laid there for hours and died. We are told now that this is only a "layer" of protection and no guarantee that the devise will catch a fall. We were either never told that or didn't understand it at the sales pitch. This has been a nightmare for our family and one we thought we had protected our loved ones from. I do understand their dilemma, if they make them too sensitive they will go off all the time and people won't wear them. Just please know that there is not a guarantee that it will catch a fall, especially if your loved one is unconscious.

A Huge Thank You to Nebraska Scooter Mart! I want to…read moresincerely thank Nebraska Scooter Mart for their incredibly generous donation of a used electric wheelchair to The Javelan Foundation, an organization that provides service dogs at no cost to veterans and first responders. We were in need of an electric wheelchair to help us during the training of our service dogs. It allows the dogs to become comfortable around wheelchairs, overcome any fear they may have, and learn how to safely walk alongside someone using one. This donation will make a meaningful difference in our training and ultimately help us better serve the veterans and first responders who depend on our organization. Thank you so much, Nebraska Scooter Mart, for your generosity and for supporting veterans, first responders, and our mission! If you or someone you know is in need of an electric wheelchair or mobility equipment, please consider Nebraska Scooter Mart. Their kindness and willingness to give back to the community truly means a lot!
