The customer service at the store location helped me setup another authorized pickup person but other than that were also not very useful in telling me when my freezer would get in. Still haven't gotten the freezer but I'm strongly considering canceling my order and buying from somewhere that will fulfill my order in the timeframe they promised at checkout.
