Eric proved to us that Five star service is still alive and well if you look in the right place. That place would be at Mobile Audio Design. He took the time to look at our boat and give us a thorough explanation about what we would need to get the effect we wanted and how he would go about it. While he had out boat he stayed in touch several times throughout the day to share the progress. I asked some questions and took some notes. He said "...so are you just getting info from me and then going to buy it on the internet?" I told him that I was new in the field and that I did not plan on making a blind purchase, as he kept pushing for me to get the most expensive equipment they had although it was not right for my vehicle. After installation, one burner did not work. I contacted Melanie, it was agreed upon that if it needed parts, I would have the option of replacing it with a new one. After a technician came out, it was replaced with a new one which was installed the next day. Two things stood out prompting the 4 stars - the installation was done by a third party which surprised me since they emphasize local personal services. - when the stove had the problem, It seems that all the departments work independently. It was frustrating to repeat the situation always being transferred from department to another. But overall I appreciate the work Cecilia did coordinating the replacement of the stove.
