The owners are in the shop everyday and i have yet to have a bad experience upon any of my visits. The quality and verity of the glass is truly amazing. They stock both import and american made glass, along with the general accessories you would expect to see at a smoke shop. The quality of items so far from my personal experience is really good and have no complaints. Alright. It pains me to do this, but I have to knock my original score down. Not because of the…read moreservice, which is always top-notch and friendly, but because of the products. I recently got into vaping (which is awesome and I recommend it to all smokers), and I bought my second and third kits from here. Except, I recently came to the realization that they are in fact KNOCK-OFFS. I bought what I was lead to believe was a Joyetech eGo-T, and later a Joyetech eGo-CTwist, and thought they worked well enough. But a friend opened my eyes to the fact that they're not genuine. Real Joyetech products will have the logo engraved on the bottom, which the batteries I purchased at G&G do not. My friend, having vaped genuine Joyetech products before, said there was a noticeable quality difference between the two. I also got a "ViVi Nova" (as opposed to the real deal, Vivi Nova) 2.5ml tank. The mouthpiece is incredibly loose, and overall just not well-made, after actually trying it. To be fair, their knock-off products are sold at lower prices than the real McCoys. So if you're alright with a fake product that won't be as good as the real thing, but costs less, then go for it. So that's what I have to say about the e-cigs. I did buy a hookah here a while back, a small, inexpensive one. But I paid a fair price for it and it works well for me. So my chief complaint is them trying to pass knock-offs as real products. Other than that, the people are pretty friendly, so I can't rag on them too much, I guess.

I actually had thought this placed closed because the parking lot is always empty and the front entrance to the store looks beyond repair. I mistakenly parked in the lot as I had assumed that it also served as the parking lot for the tattoo shop next door. I didn't see any signs saying otherwise. I came back out an hour later and my car was gone. I finally found a sign buried behind a dumpster and privacy fence panels, opposite of where I had parked which proclaimed that this lot was for Exotic Gift. Sent my husband over later who tried talking to the owner about making sure signs were visible and displayed properly. Guy was a jerk and walked away while my husband was still speaking to him. My husband is a good guy, he wasn't yelling or threatening, just trying to make a point. To hell with this place. 0/5 stars.
