I brought my car in for a suspension conversion and to diagnose a battery issue. I was charged for a battery test, yet had to handle the battery replacement myself by taking it elsewhere. After keeping my car for over 2.5 weeks, they claimed additional parts needed to be replaced. I followed their recommendations, including replacing the alternator, yet the problem was never resolved. The process felt like pure guesswork rather than proper diagnostics. Each time I got the car back, the same issue continued. Instead of taking responsibility, they quoted me another $650 just to keep "looking into it." I even attempted to contact upper management and received no response. Between the time, money, and lack of accountability, this was one of the most frustrating repair experiences I've had. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and honest service.

This is probably best as their waiting area is limited. It seems like most of their business is from locals walking to the shop. They are an AMS Oil dealer, so even if you change your own oil, you can buy top quality fluids from this shop! I plan on buying motorcycle oil from these guys next time I am due. They do not use synthetic oil exclusively, but can do inexpensive conventional oil changes as well. My wife's Hyundai will be coming here for oil changes form now on. 2013 Subaru Impreza, Transmission fluid change, oil change, and rear differential change, all for $300. Part of the process was a free inspection that revealed other issues with the vehicle that made me decide it was not worth making repairs versus the value of the car. At least 3 hours of mechanic time went into this inspection, and although no work was actually done on the car, I felt it only fair to offer to pay them for their time.
