A recent inspection and estimate for the same work we'd received @ Toyota of Lincoln Park was in excess of $4K; a complete non-starter. Nate Hoffman @ Rockwell Auto Clinic reached out with pricing for the 3 tasks that was nearly half of what we'd been quoted @ Toyota of Lincoln Park; a complete starter and must-do. He even recommended that I avoid getting the alignment done @ Toyota, and postpone it until after the suspension work was done; sound advice that the service advisors @ Toyota of Lincoln Park did not provide. I dropped the car off on a late afternoon and retrieved it the following day with no issues whatsoever; the car now rides, steers, and brakes just as it did when new. Nate was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and we'd definitely return to Rockwell Auto Clinic for future work on our vehicle.

Actually, it does start, and then dies in about 2 seconds. Cannot drive it to Deece -- I called them and ask if they know of a good towing company. They, themselves (Deece) will come to my driveway and tow it to the shop (about 2 miles) for $75 flat. Cannot beat that. Tow truck driver gets there. Tries to start the car. Realizes that there is no problem with the car - the key has gone bad. Asks if there is another set (we have 2 more sets). Both of them start the car up, no problem. They charged us -- get this -- $40. Most places would have just towed the car, without trying to start it up and see if the problem was smaller than what was thought. Most places would have run up the bill. Not Deece. I don't go anywhere else.

Showed up without an appointment (I was driving by and pulled in) and Mike was able to squeeze me in within the hour. Fixed the splash shield, which did not need to be replaced. Just five clips to re-attach it. For that, I was only charged twenty bucks! Incredible. Mike greeted and treated other customers coming in with respect. Honest. Friendly. More than fair on price (hourly labor way less than other shops). I'll be taking my car here in the future. Wish I had gone there before! Highly recommended.
