My car was towed to Aim collision center on 8/26/2023. They completed an estimate and submitted it to my insurance company. My first initial payment to them was on 10/02 of 14,343.44. They were paid an additional 2604.63. After several supplements including one for 9k + the adjuster came out on 10/18 and deemed the car a total loss. Per the adjuster notes there was no work done to the vehicle. I contacted Oscar and Brandon and explained that I want them to be paid for the work and time they have completed and we would need an itemized list of the work done as well as the parts purchased. If parts were purchased we would need those back or the money back as we cannot pay for parts and allow them to keep them. He instructed me he would send the parts with the car when they came to tow it. When the tow came to pick up my vehicle on 11/1/2023. The driver called the salvage yard and explained that Oscar would not release the parts and wanted another flatbed to come back for the larger parts. I called Oscar the next day to check on the parts to my car and he instructed me he sent them with RG express. I have reached out to RG EXPRESS and they stated they never sent a truck to pick up parts as State Farm would've needed to sign off on that for them to be paid. He also told me he spoke with Oscar and told him to show the camera footage where they picked up the parts and was unsuccessful. The manager at RG express explained to me their process for picking up loads and that they never went to get the parts. Oscar has a dvr camera system in his shop and should be able to prove the parts were picked up. I explained to Oscar that he is liable for the parts being that they were last in his possession and out of the 17k we've already paid, 10k of that is for parts that we do not have. If he can help me locate the parts I will stand behind him and his shop 100% because I chose them. I Could've went anywhere but I wanted to work with them because they seemed to be honest people and no way do I want to bash a company as I am a business owner myself. I cannot allow them to steal my money. I don't have a car at all and I paid 17k for repairs that I didn't receive as well as parts I have no clue where they are. So I am out of money as well. Oscar since then has not located the parts or helped me figure out where they can be. All I asked for is help with this. Help me make sense of all of this. He has not refunded any money for work not completed on my vehicle. My car looks the exact same as it was when we dropped it off. There wasn't any work done to my car nor do I have the parts he purchased with the 17k I provided. Oscar informed me the smaller parts were in the trunk. The manager at copart checked the trunk as well as I drove to the salvage yard to personally check myself. Per the pics you can see my car at the scene of the accident 8/24/2023, the car in the shop on 10/18/2023, when the adjuster arrived and my car at the salvage yard yesterday 11/14/2023.

Quality work, do what they say, professional all the way. Oscar and his Crew are cutting edge, whether it's touch up, or transformation, they get it done! I was in an accident damaging the front end of my truck, I asked if they can could put a custom bumper on, instead of repairing the body and they said "what ever you want" and I chose the bumper, then talked about the other affordable options, powder coating the wheels, steps and rear bumper, and finished with the taillights being blacked out, for the cost of all the work it was a no Brainer, and they even sent it out to be detailed, when the performed their drop off service, my work associates seen it thought, I bought a new truck, and the price I paid for the work, was thousands less than swapping out aftermarket coated products.

If your looking for car repairs look no further. This place is great. I had my car repaired there after a hit and run. I had it back in no time and it looked better then before.Great customer service.

About a year ago, I bought a used car with a "noisy" muffler. I kinda got used to the noise, but it…read moresuddenly elevated which necessitated immediate repair. My usual mechanic who doesn't do exhaust/emission work had told me I needed a flex pipe and it wouldn't be too much. I called an exhaust place near my house and the guy told me he'd have to look at it - it would likely be more than just a flex pipe and that he didn't "just weld parts on like some guy in an alley." His words had merit, but were delivered pretty abruptly, so I decided to stop at a muffler place that I had passed many times before while leaving work in the morning - a "second opinion" so to speak. That place was Iggy's. I arrived just before they opened and told the guy at the counter what was going on. He told me it would be a half an hour or so to assess, so I went to Chick-Fil-A for breakfast and awaited his call. About a half an hour later, the call came in - he tells me it's more than a flex pipe - it's just about the whole exhaust system and that it will be about $895 plus tax. I was disappointed, but given my earlier call with the other place, it didn't come as a surprise. I told him to go ahead - he gave me a 3 hour estimate, so I Ubered it home from CFA. I got a call about when I expected telling me the car was done. Back to Iggy's to pick up - $990 with tax. Turned the car on - the "Check Engine" light that had come on earlier that morning was still on. Just a reset issue and they immedialtely fixed it. When I looked at the bill, I noticed they had replaced the catalytic converter - kind of surprised as that part wasn't specifically mentioned earlier- but they DID come in within their estimate and for what I know about catalytic converter costs, it was a good value. So, while there may have been tiny hiccups that were easily resolved, I'd say my overall experience at Iggy's was really good. Repairs were done in a timely manner and at a fair cost. This is a place I'll likely use again.

He test drove it and his mechanic looked at the car several times. The clanking in the rear wheel was still happening after they greased some things. They said I'd have to make another appointment to troubleshoot it. When Mike backed the car out of the shop garage I said to him look at this scratch on the rear quarter panel. He didn't say much but I said I wash this car often enough to know that wasn't there. It was fresh white chalk and a deep gouge. I took pictures. I then was heading home. I was pulling away with the same problem I came in with when another guy ran out of their office with paperwork from their computer system indicating another part needed to be greased. I said let's do that. He said I would need to make another appointment. This was after being there from 8am to 11:30. I asked did you only now look that up? No response. I went home and tried to see how washing the car would help with the scratch. It didn't help. It has a dent where the deepest part of the scratch is and the paint was scratched off. No resolution from Mike after we discovered it at the same time. I wash the car often as I told him and it wasn't there upon arriving there. He didn't say anything or take responsibility about paying the auto body repair bill from his mechanic's accident. I will hold out hope and change my review if they will contact me and pay their mechanic's damage repair bill from the auto body shop. When I got home I read the reviews. A lady mentioned her trunk was went through and her tire inflator was missing after her visit. I immediately went out to my car after getting home and checked my trunk. I had an old tire inflator so that was still there. My trunk was ransacked. As you can see in the picture everything was went through. My instant camera for documenting accidents was gone and a part in my tire repair kit was missing. The picture attached was the surprisingly messed up trunk. It's normally neatly layered with blankets and plastic covering and folded up store grocery bags in a pile on the side. I have learned to never leave things in the trunk when taking the car to a repair shop. Also, take it to Pete's Automotive on Higgins near Milwaukee. Honest, to the point, and cameras so no stealing out of the trunk or scratching the car without accountability! Love them!
