They have a promotional deal they offered but didn't push or try to cram down my throat like some places might have. Overall just a fantastic experience today.

Rod immediately blamed it on the car, the second he looked outside and saw it. Saying it's a mechanical issue with the car and they absolutely wouldn't warranty any tires I put on that car. (So how's it a mechanical issue if you're gunna say that? Can't even fix the "issue" you claim it has [it doesn't have any] and then get some new tires that come with a warranty?) I tried to explain to the the him, and maybe he's too old fashioned to understand, that just because a car has low ride height, doesn't mean that it's "stanced out like crazy". less than 1° of camber. showed him right there in the lot, with his tread depth indicator gauge, the tires worn to 3mm tread depth across the whole tire, And I told him I can show him alignment print outs that prove the alignment is good. (because I cannot have them do it as their alignment rack doesn't accommodate cars with low ride height.) His response was "well I can make that alignment sheet say whatever I want it to." okay, well I'm truthful and not a dishonest person, so I wouldn't do that, this is my safety we're talking about here. Maybe you're dishonest and probably willing to do that to customer vehicles that way you can say they're "in spec" when you send em out after they pay... aside from the car not being able to safely go onto their alignment rack, I'd prefer to never have any of them behind the drivers seat again, since the last kid that went to move it into the shop had to ask me how to get it into reverse. That point aside, why would you sell me those tires, tell me the manufacturer warranty, see the car, install the tires, and then tell me you're not going to warranty them when i come back within the first 5k of my 20k+ warranty? I've taken every vehicle I've EVER had to these guys for all my tire and alignment work for my ENTRIE adult life... mainly because I used to work there back in 2012... and I will NEVER, spend another penny at this this store.

I have a motorhome and both of my rear inside tires (got "dualys" in the rear) got low for some…read morereason during the six months I was in Iowa. After having AAA Motor Club come and puff up my tires, I drove here to get the tires checked. They didn't find any problems, I was told they maybe did some "resealing" (whatever that is....) and my valve extenders were ok, and they didn't charge me a thing! I argued and said, "I must pay you for your time" and they said "no." Ok, so if the manager is reading this, I DID go hunt down a bank so I could get some extra cash and I came back and gave your employee a "tip" for all the work done. My tires seem fine so far! I'm crossing my fingers! Ok one caveat if you are in a motorhome: They can only work on tires with up to 20 inch rims. My Class C motorhome seemed workable to them. Based on what they said, if you are in a Class A, you may have to go elsewhere. If you bring your motorhome here, you will have to park at Menard's next door as there is no good place to park an RV in their lot. When you bring your motorhome over to their working area bay, DO NOT use the Menard's "cut through." Right after the "cut through," there is a dip that you will get hung up on with low clearance in the RV. What you need to do is go out, and go BEHIND the Chili's next door (and pray for not many cars in the Chili's parking lot....). Do NOT go in front of the Chili's. If you do that, there is a "hump" that may hang up your RV with the low clearance. When I brought my RV over, I did go through the Menard's "cut through" but I made an immediate right turn through the Big O parking lot. Well, don't try that either! I scraped bottom on the initial part of the "dip" trying to make the right turn. Just go out of the Menard's lot and drive behind Chili's. When you are done, do the same thing, go out behind the Chili's.

All Pro Servicenter - Estimate of repairs needed

Update: The repair estimate for the engine which they installed is quoted just under $2000 from my…read moretrusted mechanic, paperwork photos attached. *At this point I can not recommend using All Pro Service Center for your vehicle needs, unfortunately. AAA members be aware. Full story written below. Here is my story with the Ankeny All Pro Service center, I will try to explain with due fairness. I was returning from a wedding in KC to my home in WI when just outside of Des Moines my truck broke down, had it towed to All Pro (since it is a AAA approved repair facility). I got a call from Ryan at All Pro the following Monday saying they had my truck and were starting diagnostics. Their evaluation was that one of the cylinders had a faulty ignition coil due to there being no firing in said cylinder. Agreed to replace all ignition coils with their belief this would fix the issue. Unfortunately it did not and they still were getting zero pressure in the same cylinder, at this point Ryan made the determination that a new engine was needed. This seemed excessive to me but to the best my knowledge Ryan made the right call, I have no evidence to show otherwise. When a used engine arrived they were able to get it installed with only one additional part needed. Total cost of everything totaled about $9300. During this process I do appreciate the communication and working with my warranty company to get as much of the expense covered as possible. Ryan at the time was dealing with all kinds of phone and shop power issues due to a storm that knocked out power and phone lines, which is rough! Once it was repaired I made the 9hr round trip to pick up the truck and was happy to have it back, the two things I noticed off the bat was that the interior smelled of cigarette smoke and that I could smell burning oil from outside the vehicle after the engine was warmed up. It took me about a month to get rid of the cigarette smell, very annoying but honestly if someone wants to smoke that's their choice and I won't fault them for it. The burning oil smell I chalked up to engine replacement and some oil being spilled and it would just have to burn off over time. Unfortunately this was not the case- started seeing oil spots where I parked the truck and upon checking the oil saw it slowly start dropping over only a few hundred miles. When I was able to get it into my trusted local Dodge dealership they noticed 2 things. 1st there are multiple oil leaks from various areas on the engine, bad enough that it will need 1 or more quarts of oil between oil changes and definitely should be fixed. 2nd All Pro did not reinstall all components, hoses, etc. correctly. My dealership found a bolt missing, plastic brackets broken, loose hoses and tubing, a couple of other issues. As they stated it was a "sloppy" job and poorly done. Right now they are currently writing up the paperwork for everything they believe needs repairs or replacements. I called All Pro as soon as I got the news, the response I received was that since the engine was used, it carried only a 30 day warranty and since that time had passed there was nothing they could do for me. In my invoice it's stated "Warranty is 2 years or 24,000 unless specified otherwise", would have been nice to see in writing that it was only 30 days and not just told over the phone. Shame on me for not asking for that. During the call, before I could get to the issue of it being poorly installed I was told "have a good day Joe" and hung up on. In fairness I was frustrated and trying to explain that frustration in depth to the individual I was talking to, I can understand why he thought the conversation was going nowhere and hung up. I am unsure of how much the oil leaks and other damaged items will cost but I will edit with a final update.
