Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. They helped from beginning to end and they were in contact step by step. Everyone was super nice, professional and prompt. The unit was securely built and arrived clean. My brother, the packing guru, used straps to secure items. When I opened the door upon arrival in California, not a thing was out of place or damaged. It truly could not have been easier. The customer service was impeccable each time we communicated. Once dropped off, we had three days to pack it up and lock it and they took care of everything from there. They moved the unit from Ohio to MN and even stored it for us for a small fee until we could move in. They dropped the storage unit in front on our move day and had it picked up and out of the way the next day. Highly recommended!!!
