I came in with fairly new glasses that I purchased elsewhere (I have complained that I can not see very well with this new prescription that I got at The South Bend Clinic. They changed my eye pads, readjusted how the frames were sitting on my ears, and realigned how the bifocal and eye pads sat on my nose. What a miracle! I would definitely recommend going to this location. The personnel know what they are doing. I also noticed better quality and selection of frames. After 5 more phone calls they offered me a new exam or they would validate the bad prescription. Why would I have another exam if the first was bad? Why should I accept a questionable prescription?
