I'd also have to reschedule for another day even though they were allowing walk-ins. What's more, I was frustrated that I would still not be guaranteed a visit with the actual Dr. on my billing and listed with my insurance - the person I actually made the appointments to see. I stopped seeing my former PCP because I'm working from home instead of downtown now, but I'll just make the trip. I'm still baffled at being given anxiety medication when I really needed hypertension medication. I wouldn't recommend this office.

The check in was online, they take some basic info and email you the intake form, completely hands off anything in the lobby. They prepped us for ~an hour wait, and we could wait in the car for a text or in the lobby. We waited appx 45 minutes before called. My boyfriend felt comfortable and heard by the doctor, and said he was kind and reassuring, as was the nurse who assisted. The visit was quick and there was a lot of support for treatment and follow up. Without insurance, prices can feel scary but right on the front desk they have visit information clearly outlined into prices and took away the anxiety from not knowing how much we would have to pay. This was a top tier experience and I would recommend Physicians Immediate Care in this location to anyone needing this level of medical support.

My throat hurt like ****, and i felt like utter garbage. My clinic and internist were booked and i was due to get on a flight to Denver the following morning. Ugh. I googled and found Chicago Express Doctors. The doctor came in, gave me the strep culture which came back positive. He gave me an injection of antibiotics, which i had never had. He also gave me a steroid to decrease my swelling in my neck. He also gave me a Z-pack, sore throat rinse. I never had to leave the house! No runs to the pharmacy, no waiting in lines. IN-CREDIBLE.. i have had strep many times in my life, but never have i felt better so quickly! Honestly, the throat felt better within 3/4 hours.
