Shouldn't a salesman treat "everyone" like a buyer?!! I absolutely love my Indian but they are driving people to Harley. Staff changes weekly, and it doesn't seem like they are very customer driven. Going to AR to buy a bike. I wish there was a closer Indian so I could get mine serviced else where. No complaints so far with Service, but with so much turnover it's hard to trust that it's being serviced correctly. We actually went to Harley first, and they were great, but our heart is with Indians, so we went there to buy and was treated like vagrants when arriving.

Even though they had a county-required sign on the store front door, there were dozens of people in the store, including every single staff member did not have a mask on. When we mentioned that we were concerned about it to Scott, he stayed further than 6 feet apart from us at all times. When I get a little closer to buying, I will visit them in the Springfield store.

They do excellent accessory and maintenance work at a reasonable price. They aren't cheap but they are reasonable. We've gone there several times now for upgrades. If you have a Spyder, set an appointment and go. You won't be disappointed. When you drive up, the building is underwhelming but don't let that bother you. Their shop is clean, organized and top-notch. I saw one review about squeaky brakes. Ours were squeaking too and we found out that it really is common among Spyders. Lamonster was honest enough to tell us we didn't need new ones.

They also put a sway bar on my bike (hubby already had one) and fog lights on hubby's bike (fog lights can't be mounted on a '22 model). We are very happy with all of the work-everything works greats and they did it quickly. The owner, Lamont and his assistant Debbie were a delight to work with. Jake, the service magnet did a great job of coordinating everything and Brian the mechanic did excellent work, If you want to customize your motorcycle, this is the place to do it. They must have read my earlier review as they now have all sorts of cruisers on their showroom floor. I wasn't actually there to buy this time, but to sell my Harley. I was picking up a new Vulcan from a private seller and jut didn't need it anymore. I worked with Bob Ernins in sales. I told him what I wanted for it, which was about KBB when selling to a dealer. He had the service department go over the bike and after finding no issues and noting it was in good condition they ended up giving me exactly what I wanted for it without turning it into a haggling session. Renegade Harley had offered me about 1.5K less than I wanted and did it a super shady way. Bob Ernins had the paperwork done and I was back out the door in record time with cash in hand. Super props to Bob for taking the time to work with me and doing a great job despite my not buying a new bike from them. Tomorrow I am taking the new Vulcan out to them for a service.

The day before I leave my battery starts to show signs it's dying. The local HD store is closed on Monday so I called and spoke with the head chief here. He told me to swing in and they could set me up with a new battery if I hustled over. Trust me when I say the Blue Ridge Parkway is NOT the place to find out your battery just died, so I hustled over just as fast as my little bike could take me. It took them a bit longer to install the battery than he thought it would thanks to Harley over engineering everything, but he only charged me the quoted time for the service which was nice. He's a very personable guy as well. They also have a lot of riding gear to check out and I walked away with some additional rain gear which I probably should have picked up a week ago. Their prices are right to be sure. Their showroom for bikes isn't large but there is no question they just earned a customer for life on their service side of the spectrum. Most dealers wouldn't care what your emergency was, but a real service department gets you back on the road because they know those rides just won't wait.
