Shouldn't a salesman treat "everyone" like a buyer?!! I absolutely love my Indian but they are driving people to Harley. Staff changes weekly, and it doesn't seem like they are very customer driven. Going to AR to buy a bike. I wish there was a closer Indian so I could get mine serviced else where. No complaints so far with Service, but with so much turnover it's hard to trust that it's being serviced correctly. We actually went to Harley first, and they were great, but our heart is with Indians, so we went there to buy and was treated like vagrants when arriving.

Our salesman, Scott, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Even though they had a county-required sign on the store front door, there were dozens of people in the store, including every single staff member did not have a mask on. When we mentioned that we were concerned about it to Scott, he stayed further than 6 feet apart from us at all times. When I get a little closer to buying, I will visit them in the Springfield store.

Here is is the middle of April, and his lien has yet to be paid off. We have still been making payments all of this time. We have called 20+ times. Each time, we are told that whoever we need to speak to isn't there. More recently, our calls have been completely ignored. I drove out there and spoke with Allison, who is a lying manipulator, and still nothing. She told me that her boss was gone, but would be back first thing in the morning. When my fiance called, he was told that the boss wasn't there and would return his call the following day; that was three weeks ago. We have been given the run around and have yet to receive any answers. We reached out to the Christian County Sheriff's Office and an officer was dispatched out to the store. We have now been advised to hire an attorney due to the missing bike and the missing money. Don't trust these shady people for a second. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves.
