    I would give zero stars if it would allow me. I purchased a 4' x 8' x 6' tall pet kennel made and…read moreadvertised for dogs from this location. It is constructed of 12 welded wire panels that have to be bolted together. It comes with a gray premade tarp that fits the 4 x 8' footprint of the kennel. The primary purpose was to keep a 55 lbs. dog in it. It lasted less than 48 hours. A medium size dog was able to chew through the welded wiring. After further inspection the welds on this cage are lacking. I have stored the same dog in multiple wire cages and kennels over the years and have never had this issue. I would not recommend this product to anybody. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this store. It took several days to finally get somebody to answer me on the phone as to what they would do to help me with my situation. By the time I was able to get an answer I have missplace the receipt. Without a receipt they're not even willing to take it in for exchange. I asked them to at least look for my credit card number I used. They claimed they did not have a way to search for purchase since I used a credit card. So I'm suck with a worthless pen. I'm disgusted with the lack of resolve and the lack of willingness to rectify the situation. They're not even willing to entertain anything. Thanks for taking my 300.00 bucks Orscheln's! Bad management and customer service. Buyer beware

    I only put one star because it wouldn't let me go on with no stars stay clear from this business I…read moretook my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in back in October they fixed a head,which in mind, it took over 3 weeks. my warranty covered it, and James River Jeep Chrysler said there's a two year unlimited mileage warranty for Thier parts. And now I took it back because the check engine light came on they stated the head that they replaced were bad because the Melt tab stated the engine. well I drive this everyday and I would know if my engine overheated especially it has to overheat I think over 225°, so I would know if it had gotten hot by my temperature gauge or smoke coming out of the engine I would have had to pull over And now since they're saying that they're not honoring the warranty and my warranty company is not paying for it because they feel James River Jeep should pay for it. So I called Corwin Jeep, I called Chevrolet and just asked to general question regarding this and they say they would have honored the warranty since it had been only 5 months they would have went ahead and warrantied their product because customer satisfaction and one company said it could have been a faulty temp gauage but they would have still honored the warranty. Toni, the service advisor is one of the worst people you can communicate with because she doesn't know how to communicate. The first time on the job she would go four or five days without even give us update we would have to call and find an update or call and ask someone else to go find her to have her call me back This time it's Taken over 2 weeks and mind you I had to get a rental car because they don't do any loaners if you don't have a warranty or something with them so after being in a rental for two weeks and again her communication sucks ass, we've had to call we've had to text and then she'll come back oh well our texting system is down or well I called your number and your voicemail is full, no the voicemail is not even set up so how can it be full. She lies, she's unprofessional she tells my husband "oh man man there's nothing my hands are tied man" He's not your man. Very unprofessional talk. So I have filed a lawsuit against James River Jeep. No wonder this company has only a 2.1 Stars it should be 0.0 I'm warning you Jeep owners or anyone else do not go there for service go to Corwin or Reliable Chevrolet on Campbell.

    I would highly advise against their service department. They replaced my transmission in 03/2025…read moreand left loose bolts and oil cooler lines just dangling. They had zero accountability.... I took it back after my mechanic did an oil change and discovered the issues. They still didn't get the everything tightened down after the second time. They lied to Stellantis by saying that there was oil leaking from the lines to get it covered under warranty. They still didn't tighten down all of the bolts and left some loose at the driveshaft/differential that were making a god awful sound and created a HUGE danger. Thankfully when I took it to Corwin Ram in Springfield (highly recommend them) and they fixed it correctly. Corwin waived the fee because my Ram warranty wouldn't cover it and James River Ram again took ZERO accountability. Corwin didn't want me stuck with a $300 bill for James River Ram's shotty work, which I am thankful for. I left a review on their Facebook page and now they blocked me. If you can't stand behind the work please don't do it, especially if you can't take the criticism. Ended up having to trade the truck in because I couldn't trust the work..... I lost a large amount of money and I am planning on exploring any legal avenues and to see if I have any recourse for this bad repair that cost me lots of money. (I have call recordings, emails and pictures to back all of my allegations up.)
