I had three ladies work on my teeth- dental assistant, hygienist, and dr. What I loved about all three is that they asked if I had any major concerns, pain, or bleeding happening. Thankfully, NONE! Why I gave the practice 4 stars: 1. I never saw my X-rays even when I was told they would be shown to me on the tv. 2. I have one chipped tooth that is resin filled. It is more than 15+ years old and I don't know how much of the tooth is mine. I let the Dr know that I want to get a new filling. My previous dr recommended a veneer but I wanted a second opinion to see if it was aligned with what my former dentist recommended. Floss & Co Dr couldn't tell where my filling ended bc it wrapped around my tooth. She asked me if I knew where it ended. No..I honestly wouldn't know; this made me lose some confidence in her professional knowledge because I would expect a dr to identify a chipped tooth. So she recommended a crown in lieu of a veneer. What I LOVED: 1. Every staff member greeted me and had a smile on their face. It's like they enjoyed working there. (You don't see that often!) 2. The office is spacious and inviting. If they had a coffee bar, I'd just stay longer to hangout. Usually dental offices are so bland/old/uncomfortable. 3. Free parking across the street and they have their own parking lot.

Neighbors have talked to him to resolve this but he said the parking is reserved for his costumers so his employees flood the residential street and these folks do not know how to park properly (leaving huge gaps so no one can park in front of them or behind them) I wouldn't be sad to see this place move out of the neighborhood unless they start having their employees park on the Main Street or their own parking lot. No concession!!!

Now they refuse to see me, I make appointments to see if they'll right their wrongs but every single time they either send me a text or call to tell me something unexpectedly happened to cancel the appointment. And if anyone cares for proof, I recorded the dentist taking me into the back wrong and offer free dental work in order for me to keep quite. But now they refuse to see me.

However the receptionist need a class in how to handle people and be a bit more respectful. When my husband would make appointments. They would not be with Dr. Salman and they wouldn't tell us until we would already be there. I felt like she was pushing us onto this new dentist, when we wanted to stay with Dr. Salman. They started to offer Botox, so you can go get your teeth cleaned and a Botox all in a " dentist office " . He literally laughed in my face and told me that he never prescribed pain medication even for bone surgery. I explained I have a low tolerance for pain and needed to go back to work. Absolutely horrible! My husband came for a cleaning. We asked if they were in network with our…read moreinsurance plan, they assured us that they were. After receiving his cleaning, we received a bill for over $400. I called and spoke with Jennifer (after multiple attempts to get in touch with anyone) and she said she didn't know who would say they were in network with our insurance, because they only work with 1 insurance company. She told me that she would re-bill our insurance to see if there would be any coverage. After insurance was billed again, I received a statement (over a year after the appointment) saying that we owed $193 and that the remaining portion of $224 was covered. This was in May of 2024. I paid the $193 immediately and thought I was done with it. I received a bill one week before Christmas saying that I now owed the remaining $224. I called the office immediately and Jennifer said not to worry about it and to enjoy my holiday, she would look into it. January rolled around and I never heard back, but I received a letter from a collection agency saying that that we owed $298. I called to speak to Jennifer and left multiple messages. Finally I asked to speak to someone higher up and spoke directly with the Dr. he informed me that this would be cleared up and we would look into it and get it figured out. Less than a day later and called me back and said that I had to pay collections and that the company was charging me a fee. I spoke with a collections agent and they told me that the dental office adds their own fee of 33% to all of their invoices that they send over, just for their pocket. She also told me that my invoice was sent their in October. I did not even receive and invoice until December and called immediately. I have never had a bill sent to collections. Ever. Completely shady business practice to ignore a customer and send an invoice to collections when being told the account was paid. Keep a close eye on your account, you will be sent random bills years after your appointments
