I FOUND MY TOOTH FAIRIES ON EARTH and it only took my most of my adult life to do it! I originally…read morefound this office from doing a Google search for a dental office that actually had good reviews. I don't know about you, but most of my experiences at the dental office have been unpleasant. More often than not, I have felt like just another person that fills a chair with no real personal care or plan. Once I saw the great reviews for here- I booked an appointment. That was almost 4 years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere since! My very first appointment here was probably the best one I've ever had at a dentist. I had just came from a dental office where I went with a problem of bleeding gums and all I was told was that there was a mouthwash I would have to use to correct the problem.... Pretty much forever lol and then sent right out the door. It went the complete opposite here though. I first met Dr Diana Barzano and she got me right together......she was so sweet that she gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues with my mouth after she got done working on me; I had a lot of issues going on. Despite what I had going on she made me feel super safe and actually cared for. Everyone in the office is an absolute sweetheart and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Val is another one of my favorites. I started taking my young son there and he loves her too. Although he is only nine, she and everyone else is very hands-on with dealing with him, especially since he can be pretty nervous in the office. I am so glad that I found them and don't plan on going anywhere else.

I don't even know where to begin, this was truly a 10/10 experience…read more I came in for an emergency dental visit, and they took me in immediately, no hassle, no runaround. Even though the office was clearly busy, I never once felt rushed or like just another patient on a list. The entire team was incredibly attentive and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and okay. I ended up needing a crown, and they handled everything right then and there, no temporary fix, no waiting weeks for a crown. The fact that they were able to complete the entire procedure on the spot was impressive on its own, but what stood out even more was the quality of the work and the care behind it. Jackie and Dr. Rob were exceptional. They walked me through everything, made sure I felt at ease, and checked in constantly throughout the process. For something that could have been stressful, they made it seamless. I'm beyond grateful for the level of professionalism, efficiency, and compassion I experienced. Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you again! Ps: even got an eye mask and hand mask to relax later!

I had a mixed but ultimately negative experience with this provider and would not return…read more At my initial visit, there were some early concerns. The doctor repeatedly emphasized how busy he is, which came across as rushed and somewhat dismissive. Before proceeding with treatment (Botox for TMJ), I reached out via email and phone with specific questions, including a request for him to consult with my neurologist, which my neurologist recommended. I was told that the doctor deemed the consultation unnecessary and that he would address any questions at the time of the appointment. I was also told he was too busy to review my questions in advance. This made it difficult to feel fully informed or confident going into the procedure. I decided to pursue the procedure anyway. To his credit, during the procedure he did answer my questions and agreed to treat the requested area. However, at my two-week follow-up, I reported increased pain that had been impacting my ability to work and function. The doctor shared a story about another patient he described as someone who complains all the time. The story felt indirect but strongly implied that patient concerns like mine might be exaggerated. This made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed at a time when I was seeking support and clarity about worsening symptoms. Additionally, while in the waiting room, I observed another patient being questioned in a similarly dismissive tone when she asked for additional help post-treatment. This reinforced my concern about how patient concerns are handled in this practice. Overall, while the procedure itself was completed, the communication style, lack of responsiveness beforehand, and dismissive handling of post-procedure concerns made this a negative experience. I would encourage others to ask detailed questions in advance and consider whether this practice is a good fit for them. Long-term results of my treatment experience are yet to be determined, but I will not be returning due to the unprofessional manner in which the provider speaks about, and to, patients.

After driving 45 minutes to get to this early appointment, the receptionist says they no longer accept my insurance. She explained it's been 6months since the change and if I wanted to see the doctor, it would be out of pocket. Of course, this is incredibly inconvenient and why would I pay out of pocket when I have insurance. Furthermore, I was asked what insurance I had over the phone when I made the appointment. She explained that a third party made the appointment and apologized. Absolutely unacceptable. I left to drive 45min back home. People refuse to do good business.

During our first experience, my partner needed to…read moreschedule an appointment to get the stitches removed that they just put in, but when he tried to schedule the appointment at checkout, he was told they were fully booked out and advised to go to an urgent clinic, essentially he was on his own. Stitches that THEY put in. I ended up removing the stitches myself at home, which is wild to have to do and honestly blows my mind. This occurred in 2023. Thinking it was a one-time issue, I decided to give the location another try. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door requesting that IDs and insurance cards be ready. While this is standard, the tone of the sign felt off-putting. Inside, I handed over my documents and was met by a staff member (woman on the left in the photo) who was unprofessional in her tone. She told me I needed a referral to be seen, even though my insurance does not require one. When I attempted to explain, she cut me off, saying "no, you need a referral," and added that she "wasn't risking her job." The situation escalated quickly, with both staff members raising their voices, insisting I was wrong. Despite showing her on my insurance app that no referral was needed, she insisted that I call to get one. I called my insurance company, and after a brief wait, had a representative confirm that no referral was required. When I returned to the front desk, the staff member spoke rudely to both me and the insurance representative, even showing frustration when she couldn't understand the representative's accent. After the call, I was allowed to check in, but the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational. Another review from two weeks ago mentions a similar experience, indicating this is a recurring issue. I had no issues with the back-office staff, including Trieveonna, Erin, and Shelinda, who were helpful. Erin seemed skeptical about my partner's stitches, but after I called him to give his side without a heads up, he said exactly what I said. Despite the helpfulness of the medical staff in back, the front desk treatment was unprofessional and stressful. The interaction left me shaken, and it's hard to see myself returning after this experience. On my way out, I tried to be polite, but my comment was met with a dismissive response by the woman on the right in the photo. This kind of treatment, combined with the negative reviews, suggests a consistent issue with how patients are treated at the front desk. It's unfortunate because I have had good experiences with the doctors and nurses, but the front desk interaction makes it hard to want to return. Each reply to these reviews is dismissive and frankly insulting considering my same experience happened to another two weeks prior and nothing has changed. I was not rude and did not deserve to be met with such immediate hostility.
