They welcomed me as soon as I walked in and took care of me right away! I was very impressed... I lucked up and got the famous Xiomara for my waxing and she was amazing! I am a chicken and have zero tolerance for pain but she helped to calm my fears. She explained everything she was going to do in detail, and was more than patient with me. The waxing process took less than 15 minutes which was impressive! They stay in the room with you when you undress which I thought would make me uncomfortable, but it was fine. They offer products for you to use at home but they don't pressure you to buy anything. This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking so no worries about that. I was so pleased with my service, that I scheduled my next appointment before I left. I highly recommend this place!

They have big comfy massage chairs that have tray tables and phone chargers attached. The lady that did my pedicure seemed to be annoyed at first but she warmed up as time went on. They use a lavender scrub and soak which was nice aromatherapy. From start to finish my pedicure was done in about 25 minutes. This pedicure was no different than the one I get at a "regular" salon and pay almost $30 less. But I guess all of the bells and whistles comes at a big price. The salon is in a very busy ShopRite plaza which can be a pain for parking. They accept all major credit cards and cash. I'd say this place is good for a "me time, me day" type of thing. Natasha was extremely thorough with my intake, making sure I'll get exactly what I'm looking for by creating a detailed profile of my skin type. The laser they use has a constant cool stream, which is a HUGE improvement over the lasers with short, hot bursts I've used before. I will say that I have a very high pain tolerance, but I'd take the cool laser any day. I felt very safe visiting their spa. Before my appointment, I was asked to fill out a COVID risk survey, and they took my temperature at the door. They offer packaged discounts for multiple sessions, and I was able to tip using Venmo instead of cash.
