I went in because I was starting my search my search for a new vacuum. I had very specific needs, and I told him what I wanted. He was able to tell me the difference between brands and models and show me various model issues on machines in for repair. Then he showed me two machines that would work for my needs, but this was not a high pressure sales pitch. He was perfectly neutral about a sale, which made it easier to decide. Once I'd made my choice, he showed me which replacement bags I'd need and accessories I might want. Again, this was neutral. Super easy check out because his prices were better than online, and I enjoyed working with the owner.

Called half a dozen and Lyon's was the only business who picked up their phone. They initially weren't positive if they'd be able to come out the same day, but called me back to confirm that they'd be able to, and showed up exactly when they estimated. The technician they sent was extremely knowledgeable and entertained my idiot homeowner questioning. He confirmed that the well pump was actually running and installed a pressure gauge, which showed extremely low pressure. Then he asked me if my garage had water running to it; it turns out it had several gallons of water pouring out a burst pipe. We shut the water off to the garage and he confirmed that the house was building water pressure again. After all the work to inspect the pump, install the new pressure gauge and confirm functionality Lyon's charged me less than the plumber who initially came out. Would definitely recommend.

He came out same day , this was the only postive thing about the experience. They took the back off the fridge and told me exactly what I told them on the phone and asked for my paperwork for the warranty that they didn't honor (I was aware of) but it's 90 degrees out and I have no fridge. So they came to my house to do absolutely nothing but stand and talk about how he can send me someone to fix my problem for more than my refrigerator cost brand new. Not only was it a waste of my time he wouldn't shut up and leave my house after taking my money for doing absolutely nothing but telling me what I already told him when I called. Never again. Beware of this scam artist.
