My wife and I purchased a baby grand piano at an estate sale and called this company and asked if there was any way they would be available today to transport it. Six hours later the piano has been disassembled, moved 20 miles, and reassembled in our home. Two men showed up for the move who were extremely professional and friendly. They explained the entire process and even offered some tips for operating the hardware of our new baby grand piano. Utmost care and thought was given while wrapping each piece of the piano and using their specialized equipment to transport. Excellent and reliable company. Communication via email and phone was very good. The piano was moved from a rural farmhouse in western Illinois to Kalamazoo without a hitch. Pickup went well, delivery was great, even though the piano had to go up a hill through the side yard and in from the back deck. The piano is now sitting in its new home, ready to be enjoyed.
