Jarred was the first option that popped up in my search, and I asked for quotes from him as well as several other individuals and larger companies. He was the first to respond and provided me with a quote that matched others, but he was by far the most polite and professional of all the responses I received. Jarred also sent me something that no one else did - a contract. When I was reading reviews of other companies, it seemed like a lot of people would get to the site and up the price, so I felt confident in having a contract that would not happen. They take advantage of you since they are already there and you really don't want to find another company, wait until they come, etc. And then have the balls to guilt force you into posting a positive review saying they are doing a competition at work for the most positive reviews. Just go with a smaller mom and pop junk company - these guys will milk you for all you're worth.
