Called Jerry's and Jerry answered - said he had it in stock, brand new, name brand and LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE OTHER GUYS, but was closed the next day when I could get in to pick it up. Jerry let me pay over the phone and made arrangements for me to pick it up the next day! WOW - have used Jerry's few years ago for some chain saw parts and they helped me out just fine - but I really needed this part on the weekend and they said - No Problem - and made it happen - I will never go anywhere else for my mower, chainsaw and outdoor clothing purchase - they are the best!

I needed a new chainsaw to replace my aging one. Thought about going to a big box store, but…read moredecided to try Jerry's instead, since they carry Husqvarna and the prices are fair-traded among all the stores. It was my first time there, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Jerry asked several questions about what I'd be using the saw for, then suggested two that would fit the bill. They started and tuned the saw for me, then he took me outside and gave me a lesson in correct starting procedures (there are a few tricks). Even threw in a free chain scabbard. After a weekend of cutting, I had a small problem with the saw (my fault). Took it back in, the mechanic fixed it in seconds - no charge - and offered some tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. Excellent service and knowledge you would NEVER get in a big box store. Highly recommended!

I would have liked to give this more stars but just can't after our customer service experience…read more First off our new patio furniture is awesome. However, it took us ordering it in May and not receiving the final piece until late August that is so disappointing. The woman we worked with on ordering was kind, helpful and patient while we made our choices. We were told it would be about six weeks or shortly before 4th of July. Sure enough we get a call a couple of days ahead of July 4th saying our order was ready to be delivered. The delivery men showed up and were incredible. Very professional and capable. For reasons unknown they were tasked with telling us that our fire table did not arrive and we would have to talk to a sales person about next steps. My husband called and since this was just a day before the holiday he was told they would do some checking and get back to us Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and nothing. He called Wednesday and was told that our table would not be delivered to mid August. When he asked "did someone forget to order it?" he was met with silence and then told they were not sure exactly what happened. We were offered a loaner but chose not to take it. Finally in the 3rd week of August we received a call saying that are table was in and would be delivered. A call the day of delivery would let us know the time window. Day of delivery the delivery men showed up at our door with no forewarning as far as a call was concerned. I just feel there is a break down in communication somewhere and when you are paying that much for furniture it would be nice to be kept in the loop regularly instead of a hit and miss approach or not at all. My husband made A LOT more calls than he ever received about our order. I would have to think long and hard about recommending Patio World to a friend.

I have just had a magnificent experience with Patio World, from which I am in the midst of the…read moreprocess of ordering/taking delivery of some high end patio furniture. This is all a challenge now, due to Covid supply chain issues, etc. The first issue Patio World resolved to my great satisfaction was that they let me return almost $1000 worth of chair cushions. When the chairs themselves finally arrived this week, after being ordered online at the end of last summer, it turned out that the cushions that were the right size for the chair seats made the seat height much too high--in other words, it turned out that the chairs didn't need cushions at all, much less ones that were almost 3 inches thick. Patio World took them back and gave me a full refund, even though the cushions had been sitting unopened in a box in my garage awaiting the chairs' arrival for over a month. Yay, Mallory! The second great experience happened today when the cover for my new table and chairs turned out to be impossible to put on my new table, even though it was supposedly the correct size. Patio World took back the too-small cover (that was also wet when I brought it in, due to today's heavy rain) my husband and I could not fit onto the table and let me buy a larger size by covering only the price differential. Yay, Carrie! I will recommend Patio World to all my friends. It would have been so easy for them to just say "no" to me on both the cushions and the cover and instead they decided to say "yes." So I conclude this is a fantastic Bend business!!! I hope they will prosper greatly when they move to their new home on the west side. The Reed Mkt location is definitely a pain to enter and exit these days, so many people may pass them by in the meanwhile but I would encourage you to make the extra effort to get into the store and browse their great selection of patio furniture and related items. Also, they totally sit down and work with you to order something if they don't have what you need on the showroom floor. Thank you again Patio World!!!!!
