I was delighted experiencing for the first time, their El Pastor taco & an order of chips. This time, I had the rolled tacos and they were bomb! Super crispy, hot (temperature wise) & crunchy. Made to order, fresh & fantastic! Got 3 and the portion was great with the additional toppings that included guacamole & grated cheese for the price. The Taco was very good, and with the chips made it into a small nacho plate. The salsa station is exceptional. Hot carrots, two different types of onions: a grilled & a sliced pickled option plus approximately 6 different heat levels of salsa. If you're in the area, or passing through, this is a great, quick service and tasty Mexican spot!

While the exact birthplace is disputed between the West Coast (such as the Seattle World's Fair in 1962) and the East Coast (with print advertisements in Massachusetts by 1966), it quickly became a mid-century steakhouse staple. Got the Cali Surfin' Fries (Carne asada, shrimp, pico, chipotle sauce, guacamole, and cotija cheese) to share and it was delicious. They give you a generous portion of some delicious carne asada with some shrimp. It's great for when you want a salty snack without feeling too bogged down. That said, they have other great offerings here. I would probably skip on their fries and go for a carne asada burrito here. All in all, solid spot. You can't go wrong with Señor Taco.

Today, after stopping at UPS store, it was lunch, I was hungry, and figured I'd give Rudy's a go. Bottomline, excellent. There's about 6 booths, if you want to sit. Small hole in the wall. Had the surft and turf burrito - stuffed with chopped steak and shrimp. No beans or rice as filler. The meat steak was excllent - that grilled/charred flavor - but its like they added butter, or something. Anyway, shrimp cooked just right. Great Chipotle sauce. Took it home and devoured it. Friendly service. Why did I pass this place up all these years! Didn't take a picture, 'cause I ate it too fast. Love these places.

However, the tacos were very small and had very little meat. I paid almost $13 for three tacos, which felt overpriced for the portion size.
