You get your own private room: Small Room (1-5 people): $40/hour Medium Room (5-7 people): $55/hour Large Room (7-9): $70/hour VIP Room (9-15): $99/hour They have songs in English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. Yay! There's actually something really fun to do in the north campus area! This place is a little hard to find, but it's inside the plaza with Way1 Asian market, songbird cafe, etc. The rooms are clean and comfy. The karaoke console is decently intuitive (no more difficult/complicated than Blue, Friends, etc.). There are many languages to choose songs from, and the background videos are very fun (though they may not always match the song, haha). read more

This is a great place to hang out with friends, they have a variety of English, Chinese and Korean songs and you can always ask the manager to add whatever that is not on the list The rooms are pretty nice and comfy. They also have cards and some chinese board games. They also have snacks and some asian beverages What is amazing is that they have Bose sound system in their vip room and all the microphones are wireless, so you'll never trip over a bunch of wires on the floor. PS: the tables are led and they change color too, which is pretty cool. Would definitely recommend to friends and come again read more

The very friendly guy at the front desk helped us to our room (which he upgraded to a larger size for free!) which was comfy and very modernized. The mic quality was excellent and the availability of new songs was much better than some of the neighboring rivals. The touch screen was very high-tech and easy to operate. The only problem was that searching for songs and artists by name was extremely difficult...many times the artists didn't show up but we found them later by simply scrolling through. That definitely needs to be fixed. Would absolutely come back if they can sort that out! read more

Came with a group. The karaoke was nice because you could hook your phone up and sing songs that weren't available in the system. We were also able to bring our own food, which was definitely a bonus. There were random videos that played for songs that didn't have an official video. Didn't like that as some of the videos were a little questionable. The place was also a little dirty. Also you had to sing with your back to everyone in the room which seemed backwards. There was only one worker there the night we went and he expected us to tip him (not quite sure if that's normal for a karaoke place like this). Went there last night 11pm-2am with my friends... Very disappointed. 1. Everything is in Chinese and you can definitely make the karaoke machine translate to English but then the lyrics tend to get jumbled due to the language differences. 2. Due to the huge language issue, it took us an entire hour to understand how to use the system. 3. The employee there, could not speak English. The only things he could understand were: "Okay" "Pay now" and "good". We had to do everything on our own because of the severe language barrier between the employee and us. 4. Its quite pricey. $40/hr for up to 5 people in 1 room. We ended up paying $80 just for 2 hours. 5. It was fun in the end... but I don't want to use a karaoke system that I don't understand. After that night, it was agreed that we'd never go back again. So for advice to future customers, if you speak and read Chinese, great! Have fun! If not, then you're going to have a massive headache and your wallet will bleed. Pros: Great lighting, interior design, private karaoke rooms, good karaoke system (only if you speak Chinese). Cons: There is no "English" there & its pricey. read more

No complaints about the establishment: the manager at the front desk was very friendly to us and very helpful. This karaoke place had pretty clean bathrooms and very nice karaoke rooms (very neat sound systems). Free bottled water and juices. The only thing that prevents this review from being a 5 star is the selection of songs. They didn't have as many rap songs that we wanted, but other than that, we really liked Midnight Karaoke. read more

Personally, I thought that place had a good selection of songs and after a bit of practice it was easy to use the karaoke machine. The guy there is really nice and it was much appreciated that he took the time to show you how to use the machine. I will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend this place. read more
