This Morrisons is one not to judge on appearences. On arrival there is plenty of car parking but…read morethe spacing is cramped and there's not much room for manouvre especially when busy. Also the car park is full of trees which is very pretty in summer but come autumn the leaves are everyway and it can be slippery under foot so be careful if shopping with elderly people or people with mobility problems. The outside does look pretty grim and once inside Morrisons it couldn't be described as plush yet it is deceiving as it is actually clean. The choice is very good and I think one of the best value supermarkets in the area. The fruit and veg is always good quality and well priced so no excuse not to get your five a day here. There is also a good bakery, fish counter, meat counter, deli and cheese counter. There is also a self service salad bar which is excellent value and always fresh. As it is such good value it is worth weighing up how much of certain items you can fit in the provided containers. For example I've seen people fill a container with just boiled eggs, grated cheese or rice as it is cheaper than buying the prepacked version etc. This is particularly popular with local students. It is nearly always busy and the downside it there are more often than not long queues at the check out. It offers good basic value without scraping on quality and in the current economic climate can help make your pennies go further. There is a petrol station on site.

Tesco Mickleover is one of their Superstores (rather than the larger format Extra)…read more Whilst it doesn't carry a wider range of goods it does have an excellent selection of items including Tesco's F&F clothing range. The store can be extremely busy (especially before and after school and at weekends) but there's ample parking which is free for up to two hours. If you struggle with accessibility then there's a lift in the underground car park with step free access into the store and the aisles are easy to navigate. This store doesn't have a coffee shop but the bakery provides delicious breads and plenty of tasty snacks (doughnuts, cookies) and is well worth a visit. Further the store also provides contactless payments (up to £30) which is ideal if you use something like Apple or Android Pay. The staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

It was a good job I had my receipt because I was asked at the till if I wanted It. He said he stopped me because I walked out of one of the aisle. This is true, after I had paid for my shopping I then looked at some magazines on the rack near the exit. This was an experience which did not sit well with me and I shall not be shopping there again. My suggestion to Tesco at Mickleover is to always give the customer their receipt, and once the shopping has been paid for to then leave the shop.

NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN. AVOID THESE FAKESTERS. MEDINA SUPERSTORE, MAS BAZAR and even BANGLa STATION with its high prices is better than Paks supermarket lozells road, atleast in Bangl station you gonna get fresh produce at the weight it's supposed to be at even if they charge extra but at PaKsSupermarket Lozells not only they charge you but the hive you produce which is gone bad and even from there they will steal a few pieces out. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. BTW have you guys seen the TikTok videos by PaKs lozells road, all comments are turned off. we wonder why. must be a reason. what have you got to hide. you don't want the word getting around that you guys are leeching off the local community. you disgraceful people. Pak supermarket Alum rock and Cov Road is really good btw. recommend it to all.
