This place told me they had cameras covering the area when I signed up, but when I needed the footage, suddenly that wasn't true. They wouldn't even help me with the situation. Refused to give me the owner's name or number. Simply claimed to have called them and they said they didn't do it. You can see from the pictures how these guys parked their truck over the line in our space. The damage literally lines up perfectly with the piece of their metal ramp on the back of the truck. There were pieces of my fiberglass wall on it! Two different police officers confirmed it. Insurance investigator had to get involved. Your vehicle is not safe here and the owner/manager will do nothing to help you!

DO NOT do business here. If not initially, eventually you will experience how very poorly the…read moreproperty is managed. I am a reasonable person, a well-educated, working business professional, and not a curmudgeon who expects or demands perfection; this company's management is immature, unreasonable, and short-sighted though. Office was never staffed on any visit (during posted business hours) after my initial visit to rent a unit. And, I could not get anyone locally (who actually works on-site) on the phone. Company (corporate) changed emails associated with this location (from 0155@nsabrands.com to 8155@nsabrands.com and with no bounce-backs/delivery failures from original) without notification and yet felt perfectly comfortable in refusing to remove $12/month renter's insurance fee even though I had (and sent proof of to the original email) renter's insurance the entire time I was renting space.
