Just opened an account, had my debit card mailed to the bank rather than my home address (hoping it would be faster). A week after my card should have already arrived, they decided i should have to pay for their mistake of not sending my card out on time, and charged me for a instant issue card. Although it is only $5. I've never seen a bank be so worried about $5 that they would rather have a disgruntled customer than issue the free card as they should have in the first place. Terrible. I'll be closing my account today

They are friendly and know us by name, and our accounts are super-easy to access online. I can move money from checking to savings or to pay on a loan without ever leaving the comfort of my chair. And between my great car insurance and the GAP insurance we got with our car loan, our car was paid off after a wreck that destroyed it in another state. They do their best to protect our money and us. Can't beat that.

We are all busy, it seems harder to get anything done anymore with all the needless and redundant policy's and paper. It has clearly trained their staff to find a way NOT to be of any real service. Let me explain today's adventure, I am selling a vehicle to a business owner who banks at Arvest, we meet at the bank to notarize the title and get the money. (Which I also did at the same bank less then a month ago with the same business owner.) According to the Manager on Duty today "we only can notarize the signature of our customer" and not the seller, unless "you have an Arvest account" Now we dont ask alot from banks, they get to set the rates they charge us, and then they nickle and dime us to death, all we ask is competence and a appearance of customer service. But to resort to EXTORTION to get new accounts is low even for them, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** 5 Star Winner Train your people AND change this stupid policy. A Notary is a "Public Office" appointed by the government to SERVE the public, not just Arvest Account holders. My Advice: CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS AND MOVE TO A SERVICE ORIENTED BANK.

I rarely use in-person banking anymore, but once in a blue moon, I would need to deposit a check. I came in this Chase location for that purpose and had a great experience. Like all Chase locations, the lobby is huge, and the bank was busy. There was a security guard patrolling the lobby of this location. The teller provided friendly service. There was a 10 minutes wait or so. Overall, for future Chase banking, I prefer this location.
