From getting power of attorney over my parents after my father's stroke in 2016 to helping us with loans on vehicles and just being there when we needed someone to talk to about finances. The building is convieniently located at the not so busy intersection of 71st and 145th streets, so I avoid the craziness of 71st and 169, and the construction on Elm St. The parking lot is a tad on the small side, but there's never a bunch of people there. The staff are always courteous and kind, and don't push stuff on you every single time you make a transaction. I've been to banks where they'd offer me credit cards, deposit boxes, you name it, every time, even though they should have know from asking so much I'd say no. They have recently built a mini-shopping area next door which seems to cramp their space a little, but I highly recommend this bank if you're looking for a pleasant banking experience.
