Goose was amazing in helping me with my transactions and was amazing at helping me with what I thought was an issue with my account because I had a VM from a representative. She personally called said representative and got the situation under control. She guided me to an in-house rep who hpes me open up another account. Yesterday I went to this IBC location. It is actually the location that I opened my account. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a bank in life. I think this location made Bank of America on Admiral look good. I have two #RareDiseases that are genetic....one is autoimmune. I'm allergic to a lot of foods and things in the environment. Today I was covered in hives and I was itching.....however I have bills that have to get paid so money has to be in my account...which is why I was at the bank. The first teller...(male...Black or African American) told me he needed to see my license. I informed him my license was already on the counter and I handed him my bank card. I was itching and telling him I could not wait to go home and take my allergy medication. He had a very dull personality....he would be a great postal employee (full/bitter). His computer crashed and he had me move to another teller. She was working really slow. I was trying to remain patient the location I use in Owasso is WONDERFUL!!!!!! Then this teller (female....Brown)....said her computer crashed. I called my daughter's primary office to let a staff person know.....I would stop by another day. The person that answered we knew really well. She asked if everything was ok. I told her....I was in Tulsa at IBC bank covered in hives and itching.....the bank computers are having problems.....that I really just wanted to go back to my residence and take my medication. She was so sweet....she told me to breathe slow. I'm not sure why but when I start itching really bad....my breathing speeds up and I kick into a panic attack. Also the fact that I was wearing my #RareDiseases2019 shirt today. I'm from the SOUTH....and this was a bank....they COULD have offered me water!!! Water is life. To top it off I stopped and purchased some tea because I needed to pick up things for dinner. When I was in Sprouts on 96th Street North in Owasso a cashier asked me if I was ok and if I had a Epipen? I thought that was so sweet....I almost cried. I have been with this bank for over 10 years and other than the fact that its a pain to switch all of my automatic withdrawals I have set up to pay my bills and the fact it looks good on rental/home applications that I have been with the same bank for so long I would be gone in a heartbeat. I must say the staff is always very friendly - its the bank policies that are horrible!!! Drive thrus are worthless now - like someone else mentioned. I have been asked on several occasions for my ID for a DEPOSIT into MY checking account. One time I had lost my license and had an expired one on me and they almost didn't make the deposit - yes deposit. Today I called specifically to ask about the cost and min. amount for cashiers check and was told it was $1000 but if I told them it was for rent they would make an exception if I was an account holder. Went to my closest branch and their system was down, fine beyond their control. Go to another branch and they refused to give me a cashiers check because i only needed $600. Customer for 10+ years and this bank NEVER takes care of me. Also, the way they have their WD/Dep timing setup I still think is sneaky because they charge a OD fee for pending transactions even if the transaction goes thru after the deposit. I truly hate this bank and the minute I can find one not so crooked (good luck on that) I am gone read more

Normally its ok. But I've been here in the drive through for over 20 minutes. I had to ask if everything was ok because my money was taken and no one spoke to me. When I asked I was informed that there was only 1 teller on sat. I'm getting more and more losses cause there is no one else in the drive through and I see no one working the counter read more

Employees were generally friendly, but they decided to make the drive-thru useless by not allowing any transactions except deposits. We had a 3 year old and my wife was pregnant at the time, so I guess this isn't the bank for busy expecting mothers. read more
