She was instantly a "no - can't be done" person rather than I'll see what I can do to help. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had at BOK. I requested to speak with a manager, and a "Tim", got on the phone. He had little to say, which is fine. I suggested he pull the call recording and review it, but I doubt that happens. I train customer service and have for over 13 years, and believe me, interrupting, not listening and doing your best to offer to assist rather than to abruptly say no at every turn is not service. This person needs training.

I have emailed him each time letting him know he has the wrong email and he does nothing. I get the notifications on my email for payment reminders, payment receipts and even cancellations. Obviously they aren't getting those payments reminders so their insurance gets cancelled almost every month. Because of a negligence of this man. Don't go to him or your insurance will lapse without you knowing and God forbid you have an accident and aren't covered!
