She is the most caring and helpful individual you could ever hope to meet. She stayed up-to-date on my roof claim and called me no less than 5 or 6 times to keep me updated so I could understand the process. If you are looking for an agent you seriously treats you like family and takes the stress out of an otherwise "stressful" situation, please give Ms. Donna a call at Brent Hagar's office. It's clear that his office prioritizes excellent service and Ms. Donna is a shining example of that.

Let me tell you about Chris Lile and his team…read more One, some of the most friendly and likable people you will ever meet. Very approachable. And make you feel super welcomed when you walk in their office or when you are on the phone with them. Also, they are incredibly honest. I asked them to look at a policy that I had for my personal liability for my work to see if he could beat the price, and he said "I'll be honest with ya, I can't beat what ya got." He is that type of guy. His business is that honest. He will tell ya like it is and he and his team will do it with grace. Also, they are some of the most compassionate people. They really have a heart for their customers and get pumped when they can help them. Seth, who works there is also very professional and cares about people. Every time I get the chance to talk with him its an immense pleasure and joy. Their office makes you want to smile when you walk in. Mainly, I think, because of the people who work there. They are so people centered. Ever last person in the office says hi to you...even people who don't work there. Its contagious. Also they have a freaking awesome mustang parked outside their office from time to time. Highly recommend to let him at least give you a quote. If you get the chance to sit with him or his staff for a second your will see how genuine they are.

Apparently they were at lunch when I called. Hours later I received a call back and gave them my current coverage information. The next day I got an email, not a phone call, telling me that they could not find a company that would give me coverage because I had made 2 claims within 5 years. That was not true. I didn't live in that house 5 years ago. I did have a claim due to a power surge in 2024 to repair electrical circuits that were fried as a result of the power surge. Another reason for denied coverage was because my house which had an expansion 17 years ago had standing seam metal roofing on the new areas and shingles on the original section of the house. That part of the house had new shingles in 2022. We moved into the house 2.5 years ago. They said because my roof had two materials that was another reason for denial. When i explained these facts in my emailed reply, I got no response back from the company. If you ask me whether I'd recommend this company I would have to give a resounding no. Poor communication and groundless reasons for denial. I was immediately able to get coverage from Bracken Insurance with no issues.

Through Micah and Zfg mortgage we applied for multiple grants and programs for first time homebuyer assistance and were turned down the first time. Micah then informed us we didn't qualify for one but we qualified for another. We were told we could be expecting a 7k assistance toward our down payment and closing costs. We checked in a couple more times in the weeks leading up because that assistance wasn't showing up on any of the documents they sent and he assured us every time that we'd have it for closing. The day before closing Micah called us stating we didn't qualify for the first time home buyers grant and gave no explanation for why we couldn't utilize that program. We could afford to proceed with the purchase of the house but if we weren't fortunate to be able to, we would have lost a lot of time, money, and ultimately wouldn't have been able to purchase a house at all. Micah is a nice guy but seems under trained or incompetent with first time home buyers.

Kaci has an amazing team that goes above and beyond right from the start!…read more My wife and I have been State Farm customers for over 30 years now. We recently switched to Kaci's agency after our previous local agent had retired. Like so many, our home was impacted by the May 2026 hail storm in the Owasso area. Long story short, we were having some problems getting parts of our storm claim approved by the adjuster to receive complete payment for repairs. So, shout out to Wendy (Claims Liaison) with Kaci's team. We had only switched agents a few days earlier on the State Farm app. We hadn't really even requested their assistance yet but, just a few days after the switch, I got a call from our adjuster to inform us that everything had been approved now, final payment was issued, and the claim was closed unless we found any further damage. Best news we had received since the storm! I was a bit puzzled at his sudden change of attitude. Then a few days later we got a call from Wendy to introduce herself and welcome us to the agency. Turns out she saw we had switched to their agency, we were struggling with our claim, she took initiative and handled it! We are so glad we made the switch to Kaci Miller's State Farm team and look forward to many continued years as happy customers!
