They talked me through every step of the way as this is my first trailer purchase. Doug (the owner) took his time to show me the details of the trailer and had to set it up for use. He also offered me the opportunity to contact him at any time if I had any questions about how to use it after. All of the paperwork I need for motor vehicle svs was neatly arranged in a folder. Unlike other businesses nowadays, you can easily tell that the owner cares about his business and wants to have an excellent reputation. Great experience here & no sales BS.

He was super responsive, and helped me with all my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, and was very thorough with gathering all the information necessary to match the correct trailer for my boat. After a few phone calls he was able to help me select the right boat, and add a highly recommended bow stop, due to length and exposed windlass. The trailer was ready in a week. He also called me before pickup, to make sure I had correct size ball hitch, and adapter plug for trailer lights. All this service, and still the best price!! A really nice guy, very knowledgeable, and great customer service. I recommend him highly.

My dad has been a customer here to get the cover for his pick up trucks done for a few years now…read more Every time he gets a new pick up truck, he would make the long drive out here to buy/order + install it with them. He has never had a problem but this year, would unfortunately be the last time he is coming here. I will not recommend to anyone when asked where we got our car's cap installed. Maybe it's the pandemic and they're understaffed. But that should not compromise the quality of their work. Even after having an appointment to have the cap installed, my dad was told to wait 3+ hours to get it done. By that time, my dad had other errands to run but had to stay nearby the area because we don't live nearby. He had to go and could not have the water test done. He said he will come back another day to get it done. Now, scheduling this should not have been as difficult as they make it to be. We could not schedule a date that worked for both of us without costing us a whole day off. Unfortunately, my dad's cap leaks and seeps in water- and honestly, we don't want to bother with making the trek out there or dealing with the scheduling.
