Tire was not holding air because it was mounted incorrectly. They jacked my car up outside. I stopped at another tire shop on the way home and they fixed it has when I called. They said they would not do anything to help me and left me stranded on the side of the road. A few days later, I go to add windshield wiper fluid to my car my hood has no handle to open it anymore and it's sitting in my door.
