If you read many of the reviews, you find the word "honest". This is hard to come by with many…read morerepair shops and dealerships, who are trying to sell or upsell you on repairs. At Manasquan Auto they spent time with me explaining the issue and options, they even went as far to tell me which cars they repairs the least and are the most reliable, as I was leaning towards getting a new car rather than spending lots of money to repair a 10 year old car. You're not getting that with a dealership! Thank you for your honest service.

So far I've gotten a number of things fixed with them: - water pump - fuel injectors + carbon cleaning - valve cover They do good work here.

The other shops either had no idea what I was talking about or had some outrageous offers like doing a transmission maintenance without changing the filter. Additional work done included spark plug change and oil change. JA Autowerks is about 100 miles from me. But after speaking with the crew there I knew it was the right place for my 2016 Audi RS7. From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. Will I drive 200 miles round trip again for work on my Audi RS7? You're damn right.

They quoted me six days out but then suddenly called back 30 minutes later saying they could see it "right now." An hour later, they called and told me the transmission had "catastrophic internal failure" and could not be fixed. No codes, no other details. They insisted on this multiple times, clearly using fear to sell me a repair I didn't need. The only option they gave me was a new transmission for $3,500 - $4,000. When I was hesitant (on a 7-month-old transmission), the conversation was basically over. I paid the $90 diagnostic fee and declined the "repair." The staff's attitude immediately turned hostile. They aggressively told me to get my car out of their packed parking lot, fully aware it was in an unsafe condition to drive. I had to back it onto the street, where I ended up fixing it myself. I dropped the pan, replaced the leaking gasket, and refilled the fluid. The "catastrophic failure" turned out to be just low fluid pressure from the leak. After running it on jack stands to get the fluid circulating, the car engaged Drive and now shifts perfectly. Total cost for my repair: $60 and a weekend of my time. This shop is either grossly incompetent, completely apathetic, or actively predatory. Based on my experience, it's a combination of all three. They took my $90 for a "diagnostic" just to lie to my face. Do not trust them.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional emergency service recently…read moreprovided by Peter at 911 Auto/Sprinter Help in Wall Township, NJ, for our 2014 Mercedes Sprinter. In a moment of real urgency--when Mercedes dealership service stations were unwilling or unable to assist--we were incredibly fortunate to find 911 Auto/Sprinter Help. Peter's immediate willingness to help far exceeded any service experience we've had in the past. His prompt and professional response to our emergency gave us instant reassurance. Peter not only diagnosed the issue quickly, but also ordered the necessary part without delay and confidently assured us the work would be completed within a day. Please note: we reached out on a Saturday, the part arrived first thing Monday morning, and by noon that same day, the repair was complete. The efficiency, expertise, and care with which Peter approached this situation truly inspired confidence and relief. This level of service is exceptionally rare and deserves special recognition. We reside in Texas, and at the time of the breakdown, friends of ours were using our RV while traveling through New Jersey. What could have been a major disaster turned into a remarkably smooth recovery--all thanks to Peter and the team at 911 Auto/Sprinter Help. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Peter and everyone involved. They turned a very difficult situation into what felt like a miracle. Experiences like this are increasingly rare and should be celebrated.
