I cannot tell you enough that the owners literally made sure I did everything required to get certified (and I'm a busy entrepreneur who doesn't check his personal email that often)... They're kinda amazing! Their shop also had every piece of equipment I could possibly ask for to get setup for my classes. Then I walked into Lakeland and was impressed from the start. Al's experience and love of diving shines through with everything he shows you. I felt like it wasn't just a one time buy - that we were starting a partnership that will continue to grow over time. Frank responded very quickly and professionally to each of my numerous emails with many questions. TIm who was my instructor (I did a refresher course to check out the equipment and get some pointers/reminders) was very attentive, had great input/suggestions and is also very patient. He made sure everything was suited to my dive needs and came in time for my trip (despite general supply chain issues). It's been a while since my last dive, so I didn't want to waste my precious time in Belize on a refresher course. Randy instructed me through one of the most thorough refresher courses I've had in the pool the week before my trip. It was great as I was able to dive on day 1 in Belize without needing to take a refresher there. More importantly, it was a great review of all of the key skills and got me aquatinted with my new equipment. Just got back from the week of diving and it was awesome!
