The reason why i made…read morean appointment quickly is because I needed clearance for my new hearing aids, and that audiologist suggested that I follow up with my doctor due to something. On the 7th, after my appointment, I had messaged my doctor asking for clearance for hearing aids and to investigate something called Type B. Applaud Dr. Lau for communicating effectively via the patient portal, and taking care of it right away. I went to this appointment with my mom, just so she gains a better understanding. Dr. Lau did a good job communicating with me about my past hearing test, and was able to put together the situation. He also used a microsope to look inside my ears for any fluid, and didn't find any. He also gave me all the information and prior hearing tests to back up the information. highly recommend Dr. Lau!

A few years ago, the PA prescribed me Clindamycin which resulted in a two year battle with cdiff. This doctor told me I had a viral infection and told me antibiotics wouldn't work. He suggested some natural things to take to ease the symptoms while the virus ran it's course.

When I originally moved I was nervous about going to other chiropractors simply because I didn't know if I could trust them to do adjustments on my back. However, now that I'm back in the area one of my first stops was Dr. Toby's office. The location is right in the town of Monroe and let me tell you he has a wonderful staff too! Gina, the receptionist at the front desk is very sweet and personable which I feel is rare to come by in customer service! She is always smiling and is very professional. Dr. Toby has a great sense of humor. He is always smiling too! Dr. Toby is a very genuine and respectable man. He helped educate my wife on what was wrong with her neck and identified the main reason for her neck pain. They also have some supplements, orthopedic pillows, foam roller and back supports for sale there too. The best part is, if they recommend something they aren't pushy about it and truly have your best interest at heart!

The tone is often irritated or short, which makes even simple scheduling questions feel uncomfortable. Please work on the front office staff and the people who answer the phone. There are PLENTY of people who would be happy to work at their capacity. I've also found that the bedside manner of the two doctors I've seen--Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Rosmarin--is severely lacking. Again, speaking only from my own interactions, they come across as unsympathetic and dismissive. Many times, it has even felt like I was being spoken to in a scolding or condescending way rather than being treated as a patient needing care. The remaining doctors are excellent. I dread to take my child knowing that one of the two are serving sick appointments. Yes, I could go else where but the remaining group is what has kept us there. I'm willing to wait to see any of them for a visit.

Dr. Jamee was incredibly professional and personable. She asked a lot of questions . got to know both my wife and I before we moved onto bigger topics. She asked about our family our goals, our concerns - offered valuable insight and great advice. Bottom line she gave off very good vibes. The area for mammograms ( Suite14) is decorated like a home and makes you feel safe and cozy. You don't feel like you are in a facility when you are in this area of the building. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Of course masks are still required for the whole Duration that you are there for your appointment. So if you ever need X-rays, mammo, MRI's this is the place to go. Check them out.
