There have been no consequences or side effects. She is personable and delightful as well. Actually I showed her another issue I was having which she diagnosed immediately and I was able to get care the same day with a professional that treats the issue I was experiencing. On another matter: Her office staff called me twice to make sure I received the result of an mri I had. Dr. Iones followed up to make sure that I was seeing a doctor for an issue that appeared on the mri. I highly recommend Dr. Iones if you need a neurologist as I have been to three others over the years and none compare on any level.

She was extremely patient and she took the time to listen and understood all that was going on with me. She explained everything that was being recommended, and the reason for it, and every bit of it made sense. Her staff is wonderful, from the receptionists, to the folks that conducted the on-site testing. I am so happy that I found her. Now, I am very confident that my on-going health issues will be properly identified and treated. Thank you, Dr Iones!

"Haters going to hate!"…read more Wow, there is certainly a lot of hate for this place and it makes reading reviews almost traumatic in itself. I almost required a medic to treat my anxiety just reading the reviews prior to visiting this clinic. I have nothing bad to say about this place because the doctors, nurses & staff were nice. I visited during the worst times, a pandemic, and they managed visits as best they could and I think the check-in system works pretty darn good. For my multiple visits I checked in from my vehicle in the parking lot using the automated system and waited at worst 15-20 mins but if that's long it's only because I arrived 15 mins early for each appointment and was inside within 10 mins of my actual appointment time. Masks are required and hand sanitizer is available within the facility if needed. There's never really more than a dozen patients in the building, that I saw personally or crossed paths with. Specialists I was treated by (two of them) were both great! Nurses were great and even the staff when I inquired if I should just be seated and wait were nice in directing me. I wish more people that are satisfied with this place would share their experiences because it would have greatly reduced my stress levels prior to my visit from reading all the bad reviews. If I require major treatment in the near future, I hope my experience continues to be positive. Maybe your milage for satisfaction varies based on the specialist you need but the hand surgeon and neurologist I had seen were awesome.

The wait time has become ridiculous, it makes no sense that they give you an appointment but then have you waiting for 40 minutes to an hour. Some of the front office staff are rude and not helpful at all. They are now run by Optum and that seems to have made matters worse cause all of my other doctors have left this practice. They should close down all together.

The two doctors I see are great, however, can't deal with the front desk generals. The one lady, Gladys is very nice, however, the other two snips need to be replaced. They need to do something about the way patients are given appointments and following through with the need of the patients. I needed a prescription for a mammogram due to pain. Called twice no response, put two messages on my portal, no response. I had to physically go to the office and waited 2 hrs to get a prescription. Today, I needed a revised script for a biopsy, the imaging department called the office, got a snippy answer but no prescription. Again. Had to go to office. This is disgusting. This is not the first time but it continues to happen. When are these issue going to be addressed.

Patient Abandonment by Neurosurgeon at Critical Moment…read more Dr. Goldberg evaluated my 82-year-old mother at Englewood Hospital for progressive spinal stenosis with severe neurological symptoms. Dr. Goldberg stated he would not perform surgery at Englewood Hospital due to concerns about post-surgical complications and the hospital's inability to handle them. Dr. Goldberg stated he would sign transfer paperwork anywhere, at any time, by anyone who asks to help facilitate transfer to a specialty care hospital. Then Dr. Goldberg disappeared. No explanation. No communication. No reassignment to another neurosurgeon. I contacted Dr. Goldberg's office requesting he follow through on his commitment. No response. My mother is now mostly wheelchair-bound with urinary retention and inability to move her bowels. She continues to deteriorate by the day. She is currently hospitalized with an unknown outcome. This could have potentially been reversed if Dr. Goldberg had not abandoned her at her most vulnerable time of need. This is patient abandonment. Dr. Goldberg, at my mother's most vulnerable time of need: will you help, or will you abandon her again? If you cannot trust a doctor to follow through on facilitating the care they themselves recommended, how can you possibly trust them to handle post-operative complications? Choose your neurosurgeon wisely. This review is based on documented facts and recorded statements. All claims are supported by verifiable evidence. Rating:
