They identified the issue, got medication to pharmacy within 15 minutes and i was on my may. I have been back several times and always the same positive experience. Sure that looks great on paper but the man is in it for the money not the people. How can you keep track of everything when you are wearing a million different hats everyday? When I originally moved I was nervous about going to other chiropractors simply because I didn't know if I could trust them to do adjustments on my back. However, now that I'm back in the area one of my first stops was Dr. Toby's office. The location is right in the town of Monroe and let me tell you he has a wonderful staff too! Gina, the receptionist at the front desk is very sweet and personable which I feel is rare to come by in customer service! She is always smiling and is very professional. Dr. Toby has a great sense of humor. He is always smiling too! Dr. Toby is a very genuine and respectable man. He helped educate my wife on what was wrong with her neck and identified the main reason for her neck pain. They also have some supplements, orthopedic pillows, foam roller and back supports for sale there too. The best part is, if they recommend something they aren't pushy about it and truly have your best interest at heart!

The staff were very kind and professional. It was a quiet night there and I was in and out in 30 minutes, with a prescription called in for me at the nearby CVS. All in all it was very easy and a very pleasant experience. I stress that this is not an emergency room--like its website says, it is for "minor afflictions that don't require a trip to the emergency room, but can't wait for a doctor's appointment." It's not for life-threatening symptoms or long-term treatment.

I became disabled about 15 years ago and have had many surgeries; Michelle has been my lifesaver. I have 4 spinal fusions, so she cannot do a traditional chiropractic adjustment, but she does traction and works on my many muscle spasms. I drive 45 mins to see her because I don't trust any other chiropractor. Additionally, Michelle and Gregg have become our medical advisors as we navigate through all of my illnesses, including cancer. I have never met two more exceptional doctors. He now has a Nurse Practitioner (Sue) who is awesome. She is also a midwife. The office staff are pleasant and I don't wait long. His bedside manner when I had complications was terrific, reassuring...but again, straightforward-which I like. I have several friends who think him fabulous... Pregnancy is special and its important to find the right OB....he may not be for everyone, but I found him to be the best for me.

Horrible OB/GYN department Linda the receptionist is though very kind. Nothing compared to what a civilian facility can provide. They do not listen to your concerns, they do not have any modern day techniques, nor do they give you any sonograms to see the baby after the gender is revealed. Honestly it was just a bottom line horrible experience. As far as the ER everything is decent unless your in pain and CADETS come in before or after you. They will definitely be the staff's main concern. My mother sat in the back while a cadet was being examined for a broke finger. My mother was having severe pain due to kidney stones and did not receive any pain medication for over an hour. It took until the evening shift swap for the new doctor to even ask. RADIOLOGY oh my gosh your best chance of getting an appointment is by calling NOW. Mother's ER visit was 10/07/14 was instructed by the ER DR. & PCM to get a MRI they had seen something that was concerning. Yeah it's 12/17/14 still no appointment they have called and moved her appointment then called and cancelled her appointment. We did everything as far as what we could do to work with them and THEY tell us yeah our tech is SICK & goes on LEAVE Monday so can't get you in till 01/15/15. Yeah while my mother is over here having to go through this rough time with no idea what's really going on with herself internally. I hate to write this review I just can't deal with this place. Best chance for any MILITARY FAMILY is to SWITCH to US FAMILY HEALTH PLAN. Luckily my son an I did an are now going to am amazing medial facility CRYSTAL RUN.
