The staff were very professional and friendly, the rooms were very spacious and very clean. Linen and towels were fresh and the room smelled very fresh, they must use great cleaning products. The free breakfast was very good, and a lot of variety, including hot and cold foods, cereals, bagels, yogurt, and the coffee was very good. My only complaints are, the pool water was freezing, obviously not heated, since it seemed that no one ever used it. And the Hot Tub was a big disappointment, I was looking forward to using it, but saw there was a bunch of black dirt at the bottom of the hot tub, looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Big health hazard there! I still gave this motel 4 stars because of the many positives this motel had like great rooms, staff and breakfast, but the pool and hot tub need staff attention.
