Don't despair, Tire Choice on Dixie, will repair!…read more I have now been to Tire Choice on Dixie Hwy WPB 4 times in the last 4 months..The tire issue was so outstanding thanks to Donald the manager, as my tires are hard to find. Even the Fiat dealership could not get a tire for a week.. Seriously? Today I brought my car in as it had a bit of vibration in idle,,,3 other places said it was complicated and would be in the shop for at least 4 days...Little did they know the car is still under warranty, but was quoted at least 500.00 perhaps more......I do research...I called Donald at Tire Choice, as I already knew what the issue was....Dropped the car off, said only there was a vibration, he said no problem, we'll look at it....I got a call back in 2 hours...he said one of the caps when they changed my oil was not tightened..Honest....No Charge.....It does not get better than this place, and it's due to the manager Donald. I hope his management and corporate read this, as I am very educated and picky. Customer Service is outstanding...Don't waste your time going to an automotive repair place, can't say, but most are not trained, taught to charge for a probable issue, that they are not skilled at. Donald, the manager at The Tire Choice on Dixie, is an educated technician, customer repair expert, and knows how to diagnose an issue, and fast. No extra charge, an honest diagnosis, and what it would cost...People of West Palm and Palm Beach, go and observe for yourself...Get quotes from other high end places....I give a sign of approval of this one place and Donald.. I am very picky, educated, well traveled, and will say Tire Choice is the way.....They should have named it something other than a tire place, as they do it all, in a timely manner. Hat's off to Donald and his team, that he has trained.. Anne Marie J.

Blew my tire slap out, big hole in one. Thankfully (and apparently) I have run flat cause it was dwindling down so fast til no pressure but I was still able to drive pretty far down the road. And if you know anything about this area, ain't no place I'd want to stop even in the daytime so let alone when it's dark. It was well after 7pm and I knew there were a couple of tire shops just ahead but wasn't sure the time they closed. I passed by the first one and it was closed but thank God Turbo doesn't close til 8. Pulled up, Brian came right out and did his thing. I was so grateful that in 30 minutes I was back on the road and he assured me I'd be fine with the plug. I can't remember the charge, it wasn't outrageous. He was so nice and it was end of day so I tipped him very handsomely while requesting no change since I didn't have the exact amount of the actual charge (thinking maybe it was $25 and I gave him $40 I don't exactly recall). Baby I was about to get out the car when I saw him hand another guy the money but I kept watching and eventually saw him give Brian some of it back. Cause he wasn't friendly to me (no dig, just saying the guy didn't speak to me at all) and didn't help so I was determined the shop wasn't getting the tip. I didn't see the amount he returned but the fact he did assured some level of up and up. Hopefully, I never have to stop here again but if you have tire needs and in this area, go see Brian!

On 2/10/25, I received an Onstar email that my tire was flat. I'm at work at the time and go to…read morethe office garage where my car is parked and sure enough my tire is flat. One of my coworkers suggested I go to Goodyear, as it's close by and they had a good experience there, getting a repair in 30 mins. I keep an air compressor in my car, so I inflated the tire and make the 4 min drive to Goodyear. Sherrie took care of me right away. I explained that I was there to fix a flat and I'll wait for the repair. Once the Tech completed the repair, Sherrie called me up to the desk to pay, which was a little over $25. She then also suggested replacing all 4 of my tires, as 3 of them had low tread. She printed the quote, which I was appreciative for as I was planning on replacing my tires soon. I take my car and go straight home. Today, the morning of 2/11/25, I come outside ready to drive to work, to see the same tire that I brought for repair yesterday, is again completely flat today. So the flat is taken off and the spare put on, so I can bring the tire back to Goodyear to fix the repair I paid for yesterday. Unfortunately, Sherrie wasn't in, but Chris was. Chris was pleasant and also helped me right away. He said they'd have to look at the tire and he'd call me to let me know what happened. As I left to go back to work, Chris calls and says that it's a separate hole than what they repaired yesterday and they would have to charge me another repair. I was surprised that I would have to pay again for a repair that occurred less than 24 hours before as there is a possibility it was missed with the original repair and not a new hole. I told him, I brought my tire to your company as the experts to fix a flat tire, whatever that may entail. I didn't feel that I should have to pay again, especially with it being less than 24 hours. He said, all he could do was give me a $5 discount, which I thanked him for. When I came back to have the re-repaired Tire put back on, I thanked Chris again for the discount, but let him know that my family was less than happy that I'm paying again, at all, for this re-repair, and we'll now be going to Costco for the new tires, as my family no longer wants to use Sherrie's quote. To which Chris replied, you could go to Costco, but you would be getting a 'club tire'. I don't know what that means and I think the point was lost on him, that charging me another $20 today, is losing you hundreds of dollars in the future, as I won't be spending any more money here. I do have to say that both Service Reps were pleasant and nice, but I think Chris lost an opportunity to retain a customer.
