They lifted the body off the frame, blasted and sealed it, replaced the gas tank, lines, etc. They also replaced the 3 speed automatic with an AX15 5 speed, and installed a Ford 8.8 in the rear. They installed 4.56 gears, a locker in front, and a posi in back. That was months ago and no issues. I'm getting ready to take it to Colorado and I have no fear.

However, the amount of bays being used seems less... Still, I would use them for a quick change of my tires. I trust them to work on my 2010 van and get it running right again. Even if it takes a few days to make an appointment and a few days to fix it. However, they do fix it. It may end up costing more than expected, but they seem to now buy dealership parts. I am a fan. However, I want to get a Toyota and depend on them less.

N E V E R A G A I N…read more I've given this shop a few chances. Far too many opportunities for the way I've been treated. The latest is I called at 10:00 am on Saturday and asked if they could work in a simple rotation just sometime that day. Anytime that day. Told they could before 4:30 so I said I'd drop off before noon. I was then told has to be dropped off in next 30 minutes which I did. Arrived and told it might "carry over" until Monday. Umm no, it won't. Went to Tire Choice down the street and started on it in 10 mins. What changed in that 30 minutes when Plaza knew I was dropping off? More profitable tire sale? Laziness? Whatever, not the way to develop business relationships. NEVER AGAIN. Tire Choice is so nice Open to discussing what? There isn't anything to discuss. Done with you

On top of that - I can be very annoying with my anxiety, because as many know, car repairs cause immense financial stress, especially for a young adult like myself just coming into financial health. They will NEVER do a repair that doesn't need to me done, or upsell you without consent. This should be baseline, but I've experienced this so many other places, especially in Kirksville. The price of replacing my radiator had me feeling physically sick for days because I had no idea if it would total my car or not. They worked around the budget that I had said to find the most workable price for me, and then when my transmission shot in my car 2 weeks later, they found a way to connect a minor transmission repair to my radiator and gave it to me for free. Saving me, what could have been, 100-1k at other stores. Their customer service is off the charts, very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to bring my car here for the coming years.

I talked to Keith; which was just like oh well you have to get a new rim at my cost out of my pocket for there mistakes! My rims were fine until they let air out of my tires to try and get over on me. The first 4 times when the management was looking at it they was fine! They even charged me for an alignment to bleed more money out of me! I would recommend anyone to stay away from these guys! I'm so upset I have to go through all this trouble just for a set of tires! I really hopes this saves someone the stress of dealing with these crooks.
