They rotate your tires for free with every oil change. The employees are friendly and seem honest. They told me my air filters needed to be changed but didn't try to upsell me on that. I got the filters myself and figured out how to change them. Thankfully in my car it is easy to do. Saved me a bunch of money.

When I got there, another gentleman came out and let me know it would be about 30 minutes. So I asked why? He told me that they were having problems completing the vehicle in the building in front of me. I told him I understood. I asked if I could go get my grocery pickup from Walmart and come back in 30 minutes? He said yes. I left, pick up groceries, dropped them off at my house and was back 3 minutes early. A different gentleman came out and let me know it would 45 minutes now. I told him I was told that I could come back in 30 minutes. He went in the building and then came back out. I'm also a huge fan of their Tire Certificate program & have tapped into those benefits many, many times over the years. I've never felt dismissed or pressured by anyone in their shop regarding my purchases, or desire not to purchase something. My latest visit (7/13/26) was for a Tire Inspection, Wiper Blade purchase/installation, & a 4 Wheel Alignment after I'd had a mobile mechanic do some Suspension & Brake work for me. On the phone Carlos gave me a general estimate of up to 90 minutes to complete the Alignment. When I arrived Monday morning, I opted to shop in the Manor Crossing shopping center while the shop worked on my car. I'd barely begun window shopping when they notified me they had completed the work! The car was done, & I was on my way in less than an hour. As always, Discount Tire came through. The price was EXACTLY what I'd been quoted, & the Alignment print out was provided without me having to ask for it. I am beyond thrilled to have Discount Tire with 10 minutes of home, and within a shopping center that provides plenty of distraction while waiting on them to complete the requested repairs to my Car. I highly recommend you give your business to Discount Tire if you need Tires, Alignment, Balancing, Rotation, Air, or Wiper Blade installation services.

I think I've been to every Discount Tire in Austin and was thrilled that there was one close-ish to me. It looks very new and has a dedicated lane for tire pressure. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and courteous even though he had a line of cars. (They won't tell you but I'd recommend tipping them a few dollars for their service). I'm not looking forward to my future tire pressure light inevitably turning on. But I know where to go to get it fixed!

Took my vehicle in for a check engine light earlier this year. Already had an OBD code and suggested part replacement. They ran their own diagnostics and told me it was a different part causing the check engine light. Fast forward to today and the check engine light is back on. Got another OBD reading and part replacement suggestion and what do you know, it's the same issue and same part (for my initial visit to Cornerstone). And yes, I called and was told there was a nation wide warranty on any of their repairs. Only issue with that, is you replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced, so obviously nothing y'all did was wrong, just irrelevant to the issue I'm having. Two stars cause they are nice people; just not great at their profession.
