They take my car in right away so I am not waiting half a day for minor things. They explain what is wrong and options without "mansplaining" and they make me feel like a valued customer. 1009 Wonderland Rd. S. London, Ontario…read more I recently had my van towed here with a broken transaxle thinking they would treat me fairly. Dan *looks* to be trustworthy. His mechanic who worked on my vehicle does not. The price for the repair of $670 tax in seemed to be a fair price and the repair seemed to be fine. The next day I took the van to an oil change place and they told me transmission fluid was leaking and the affected area had not been cleaned up properly. So I took it back to Autopro and Dan told me he would take care of it for me. He told me he would put on a Axle Shaft Seal and that would be "on him" since it should have been done the day prior. When I came back to check on how things were going, they told me they took my vehicle for a test drive which I never authorized them to do. I never authorized them to drive my vehicle off the property. They told me the van was overheating due to a crack in the Engine Heater Hose assembly and it would have to be replaced. Strange that the van was not overheating when I brought it to them but suddenly it started to do so as soon as it was with them. Dan kept repeating "I'll give you a good deal" without giving me the actual price. He told me he would not let it go without being repaired - holding my vehicle hostage. In the end he did not give me a "good deal" or keep his word. I ended up paying $247+tax for the Engine Heater Hose Assembly (which I probably didn't need). I googled it and could have gotten it for much less elsewhere. If you have a repair done here and find something wrong they find something else they can charge you for. I do not trust them and would not bring my vehicle back here again. They cheat you and lie through their teeth. Do not recommend.

Took my car here after hail damage several years ago. Only reason I'm leaving this review now is…read morebecause my car was recently damaged and I'm looking for a reputable body shop to do the repairs. I will NOT be choosing this shop. Car was in pristine condition and mostly garage kept. When I dropped the car off for repair of several hood, roof, trunk and door dings caused by hail, I specifically asked to be notified if the roof liner was to be removed so I could drop off a new roof antenna to be installed while the liner was out. They told me that the roof liner would not be removed. When I picked up the car, I was pleased with the work that they did in removing all the dents. When I got home, I started noticing some small little things. My key was broken, the vanity light socket behind the sunvisor was MISSING, my passenger side mirror was cracked!!! There was also dirty finger prints all of the roof liner! This means they DID remove the roof liner! I went back as soon as I noticed all these things and was treated like a criminal for suggesting that they did this. They paid for a new key and fixed the vanity light but refused to fix the mirror stating they did NOT cause this damage. YES they did!! Fast forward a year later and my roof liner material started sagging and dropping. Obviously a result of it being disturbed for the repair. I went back again to the shop and was treated in the same terrible manor. They told me that this sagging was due to age not from them bending and contorting it to get it out of the vehicle. I have 2 identical year cars of same make and only this one is having an issue with a sagging roof liner. I will never go to this place again. I actively discourage family, friends and co-workers from taking their vehicles there and I filed a complaint with my insurance company to have this bodyshop removed from their "preferred" list of shops.
