As a car collector, I regularly…read morebrought all five of my vehicles there for detailing, was always pleased with the work and tipped the detailing team generously. Unfortunately, today's experience was completely different. I requested the $159 Package #4 for my Cadillac Escalade, but the manager told me there would be an additional $75 charge to remove a small amount of dog hair from the back seat. When I questioned what I felt was an unreasonable charge, he began recording me on his phone rather than trying to resolve the situation professionally. I found his behaviour confrontational and completely unacceptable. If one of my managers treated a longtime customer this way, I would take the matter very seriously. After telling a colleague what happened, I learned that he had experienced similar treatment at Prestige. It is disappointing to see how much this business and its approach to customer service have changed. After more than a decade as a loyal customer, I will never return. It was a truly upsetting and unacceptable experience.
