My questions were answered in a reassuring professional manner. I was apprehensive about paying over the phone, but emails/text of transaction were sent ASAP! He was fast and professional. Will use again!

Then 1 month later experienced the same issue. A few months go by and the scrapping from the rotors came back!!!! This company is either using cheap ass parts or not replacing them leaving customers with the same issues. I took my car to well known brake/rotors company and they explained my rotors were worn in the front and needed replacing but yet Nu Brakes replaced all 4 a year prior (spent over 1,000 dollars). Again don't use this company for your brake and rotors needs!!! If I could give a negative star I would!!!

This is my follow-up to the review I originally posted. After that review--and during my second…read moreappointment--Service Manager Chris Davis voiced his displeasure that I hadn't given Nalley Acura a chance to "make it right" before posting, and also told me I would not "receive another survey" because of the unfavorable feedback I submitted. Today was my third appointment for the same unresolved brake issue. I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 a.m. appointment only to be advised there were no loaner cars available, which I need for work. As a result, I left without being serviced. I am now forced to schedule a fourth appointment for the exact same problem. I have already paid $600 out-of-pocket, waited more than five hours during my first visit, and the brakes still have not been repaired. This is excessive, time-consuming, and unacceptable. At this point, I expect a full refund of my $600, for Nalley Acura to cover any further repairs in full, and for a loaner to be provided without excuse. While Chris Davis did cover the cost of filters missed in the initial inspection, that does not change the fact that after three appointments the issue remains unresolved. I now ask Nalley Corporate to get directly involved, as requiring four visits for brakes is completely unacceptable for a luxury dealership. i do hope that this will be the last of unpleasant experiences with Nalley Acura and that this issue will soon be fixed.

My request was for an oil change for a luxury vehicle. He also shared availability that day and the next. Agreed upon a noon appointment the next day. Unfortunately other morning engagements prevented my honoring the noon appointment. I did call in advance to advise, and left a message. Arrived an hour later, and had a short wait. Thankfully, there was indoor, air-conditioned space available to wait comfortably due to the high temperatures that day. Service was detailed, as far as fluid levels being checked and advise on next service period, etc. As an FYI, parking is a bit tight due to volume and was advised by AD to park location directly across the street until being serviced. No surprises at check out, which is always appreciated! Highly recommend this neighborhood gem, and will be back

This IS the shop you're looking for! If interested, read on…read more.. I'm a BMW fanatic, currently on my 5th one. Have had lots of experience over the years from the dealerships down to the backyard mechanics. Finding a good, honest and affordable BMW mechanic has always been a challenge, and rarely do you find all of those qualities in one shop. Not any more... I bought a 2009 128i convertible for my daughter that had some known issues when I acquired it, most notably an electrical glitch and a leaky valve cover gasket that would drip onto the manifold and smoke pretty bad. I took it to a different shop that told me the electrical glitch could require replacing at least a control unit (ECM) and more, and could potentially be thousands of dollars. In fact, they seemed reluctant to tackle the job. They also gave me a quote on the gasket replacement, just over $1700. I knew that a lot of the quote was for unnecessary parts, not merely a valve cover seal. Tommy and team worked on the 128, replacing the valve gasket for only a few hundred dollars, ran diagnostics and a reset of the electrical system and put a full charge on the battery which seemed to fix the problem. He said we could throw expensive parts at it (ECM and CAS modules), or wait to see if problem recurs again. After a couple of weeks, still no issues with it! I am thoroughly satisfied with the work performed by Ultimate Motorwerks, and will absolutely rely on them down the road!

In two visits to his shop, he had gained our trust and respect - he is beyond knowledgeable and his price point is incredibly reasonable. He spotted and oil leak that one of the previous repair shops "left" and took photos for us to take to show them so that we can get in repaired under warranty - he did not try to upsell us anything and he has a great smile too! From day one, the liner looked sleek, solid, and professionally done--and it still looks just as good today. The durability is exactly what you'd hope for: no cracks, peeling, or fading. It's as tough as it looks, and it's clearly built to last. Hats off to the team at Marietta Truck & Design--they did an outstanding job on the installation and delivered a product that not only performs but continues to look sharp long after the fact.
