I had an extremely negative experience at this location. What began as a routine oil change…read moreescalated to the point where I had to call the police because the owner threatened me and would not allow me to leave. I initially came in with a 25% off coupon. During the inspection, the owner told me I needed a radiator coolant flush and offered to reduce the price from $140 to $100. I asked whether the 25% coupon could also be applied to this service, and he agreed before proceeding with the work. Everything seemed fine until checkout, when the owner presented a bill that did not include the agreed-upon discount. When I pointed this out, the situation quickly deteriorated. What followed was a 90-minute confrontation in which the owner became belligerent, threatened to drain the oil from my car to make it inoperable, and refused to let me leave. He instructed his employees to drain the new coolant and put the old coolant back in. While the employees reconnected my car to the machine, I could not be certain what actions they were taking. The situation became so hostile that I had no choice but to call the police. After speaking with both me and the owner, the police intervened, and I was finally allowed to pay only for the oil change at the agreed discounted price and leave. All of this turmoil occurred over a disagreement of roughly $30. Based on this experience, I believe this business should not be allowed to operate.
