A salesperson named Dylan was dismissive, and when I escalated this to the Sales Manager, he was incredibly hostile and literally told me to "get out." On top of the dishonesty, the door edge guards I paid for began peeling off almost immediately. The dealership admitted their third-party installer didn't do it right, yet I'm the one stuck with a brand new car that has parts falling off. It's not about the $34 for a tank of gas; it's about the total lack of integrity, poor quality control, and the disrespectful treatment from the Sales Department. After I paid him the money, I drove out of the parking lot and immediately the brakes on my car were locking up. It was not drivable. I went back to him and he said he would try to figure out what was wrong with it. He ended up messing with things under the hood, such as the brake switch. He said he didn't know what else to do about the car. I took my car over to HCS Automotive, and they told me that the reason the car was doing that was because of someone messing with the brake switch, which was Abadan. Sheri at HCS was wonderful. She charged me $50 to fix the brake switch that Abadan messed up. So, not only was $70 too expensive for him to replace the break light bulbs, but he also put me out another $50 for messing up my brake switch and me having to pay to get that fixed. Do not go to this place. This man will rip you off and mess up your car and you will end up paying more than necessary. I will never deal with this man again.
