This is a simple test a trained mechanic can do by checking the fuse box and running electricity to it. I wouldn't recommend taking your car to this place , the owner is dishonest.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Team Gillman Honda North. When I purchased my vehicle,…read moreI was assured that certain benefits were included, one of them being free oil change services. This was specifically discussed with my finance representative, and I even requested that it be included in my contract. I was assured that everything we discussed would be included. Now that I'm trying to schedule my service, I'm being told that the free oil changes are not part of my contract. It is extremely frustrating to make a purchase based on benefits that were presented and promised to you, only to later be told they are not included. I trusted that what was explained to me during the purchase process would be honored. Unfortunately, I have not felt that this dealership has made any effort to accommodate the situation or stand behind what their team promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here unless you independently verify that every benefit you are promised is clearly written into your contract before signing.

I'd give John Eagle Honda a zero if I could. The sales guy was great. It stops there. Every…read moreexperience since I bought my car has been horrible. The finance department is sneaky and stuck charges that were not agreed upon in the contract. He rushed us through the signing process and did not explain anything. I felt like he just didn't have time for any questions. Now I know why. He added several thousands of dollars onto our sales contract with a service contract I did not agree to. I came home and looked up laws on this type of finance tactic and found this company is notorious for it. So, my husband and I returned to John Eagle to correct this issue as is a consumer right according to the law. We signed a waiver of the service contract and were told it would be refunded within the six weeks allowed by law. It's now 6 weeks later and they are still playing the "never return calls or send to voice mail" game. When I do speak with someone it's always a random person that will have to take a message. Never use this company. The general manager is Alice Cao but you'll never hear back from her either. Looking like we have to take legal action at this point and then refinance the car with a reputable lender. Save yourself a lot of work and buy a Honda anywhere else but here. This is the location off of the NW Fwy but I understand any John Eagle company is now owned by Lithia and managed by Ms. Cao. So, beware.

Lucky for me my cousin recommended Abadan auto repair, I went there and i forgot the guys name but he seemed serious but was also very nice and professional. After I paid him the money, I drove out of the parking lot and immediately the brakes on my car were locking up. It was not drivable. I went back to him and he said he would try to figure out what was wrong with it. He ended up messing with things under the hood, such as the brake switch. He said he didn't know what else to do about the car. I took my car over to HCS Automotive, and they told me that the reason the car was doing that was because of someone messing with the brake switch, which was Abadan. Sheri at HCS was wonderful. She charged me $50 to fix the brake switch that Abadan messed up. So, not only was $70 too expensive for him to replace the break light bulbs, but he also put me out another $50 for messing up my brake switch and me having to pay to get that fixed. Do not go to this place. This man will rip you off and mess up your car and you will end up paying more than necessary. I will never deal with this man again.
