The car was there for few days until the state farm appraiser could get to their shop. They couldn't agree on the repair price. So went to pick up the car. They wouldn't give the keys back to my car, until I paid $1855 for them (essentially for doing 0 repairs). I wish I had read the 1 star reviews from their body shop before we headed down there Save your time. Don't take your Mazerati there for any repairs. They are dishonest people

The price was a little high, as he removed the alarm and didn't re-wire it or anything, but considering I didn't have to pay for a tow truck and he came out, it was worth it.

I have seen my brother pay lots of Money just for his truck to sit for months At times they tell him they have the truck in the back when I go to spot check, it's still sitting in the same spot my brother left it at when he dropped it off. I literally live 1 minute away from this place and most of the vehicles there have just been sitting. On this last occasion my brother brought his truck there for an oil change and a clutch and now his truck is not running. I really feel bad for him that he was used by this company that's a family ownership and you actually deal with owners. Please skip this shop when choosing where to send your vehicle!!!! I recently took my 2001 Honda Accord in because it was leaking oil (it has 260k mi). David looked at it, diagnosed it, and told me that the cost to fix wouldn't be worthwhile given the car's value. He suggested I just keep adding oil to the engine as needed and changing it at regular intervals. I tried to pay him for his time, but he wouldn't take any money.

They came back with a diagnosis of a new blower saying this would be several thousand. I took my car in because the check engine light came on. I also asked for a 50,000 mile Service. As before, I was texted a quote with no breakdown of cost. This quote was over $6000 saying my car needed a new catalytic converter and three sensors. A 3 year old car needs a new catalytic converter?? When I told them I would pick up my car they then called Volvo and found out that a catalytic converter is covered under a warranty. Not just any warranty, but a federal mandate that says it is covered completely under 80,000 miles. Wouldn't a service provider at a dealership know that? I think this service department sees a woman walking in, assumes I don't know anything and just sees $$$. I do not recommend this dealership and I've completely lost my faith in them.
