I love having a personal mechanic that knows my car and knows me by name, etc. He's also honest and I've never felt like he was trying to fix something that didn't need to be fixed just to get money, etc. This has been the mechanic that my family and I have used for a few years now. However, I recently noticed that I will stick with Nick only for things like oil changes, tune ups, brakes, etc. I recently had an issue with my radiator/water pump and Nick was hesitant to let me know which one was the issue. He suggested that I go somewhere else to figure out what the issue was then let him know and he'd fix it. I'm like wait, what?! He mentioned that he didn't want to fix one thing and then I still have an issue. So, I respect him for making that call instead of saying "I'll fix both". Overall, I will continue to take my car to him for certain things. He's great at routine maintenance.

We took our vehicle in with a diagnosis. They told us they would take it apart and call us the same…read moreday to see what the solution was. They never called us. We called the next day and they told us the same thing. On day 3, the same thing happened. Day 4 came around and we told them to stop giving us the run around and tell us if they've actually gotten around to look at the vehicle (Probably not). They told us they'd call within the hour. Surprisingly, they did and told us it was something completely unrelated to the initial diagnosis. They are very good at keeping your car hostage and charging you an exorbitant amount for simple maintenance. We're not from the area and they can smell it here.
