Which is fine. The issue started when I pulled in, I explained that I know I Need a new filter and wipers but I don't want any of that today. The tech repeated what I said and understood oil change only as I was on my lunch break and I wanted to save some time. That same tech still came to get me to sell wipers and a filter. It was strange but O well he must've forgotten. What made things worse is when I got back into my vehicle, they had trashed my floor and seat with the items I had in my glove compartment. I called the manager right away and he blame me for having to much in my glove compartment. They wouldn't even give me heads up if that was a concern. Then contradicted himself by saying the tech who removed the filter, went to the bathroom so they didn't know what to put back. Still no heads up or communication to me. It was 85 degrees Monday and went to turn on my air conditioner nothing but hot air coming out of my vents. Just bought the car last year and my air conditioner was blowing ice cold air all last year. So instead of taking it back over there, I went back to where I bought the car and had them look at it and found out that they had let all of my freon out of the air conditioner just so that I would have to come back for another service. Stay away from this place...
