Showed me air filters to see if I wanted them changed; surprisingly unpushy about selling them to me though. Seems expensive, but probably isn't--inflation probably just made oil changes suddenly seem like a lot of $$.

I don't feel comfortable calling and randomly asking to speak to a manager who probably has no idea I'm calling and may well be the person who gave me wrong info on the $25 off special. If you have read the review and have specific questions, please state them and give me a number and a name I can contact. **THEY DO NOT TOP OFF COOLANTS FOR HYBRID CARS. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY DID THOUGH** I had originally written the review as below and would have given them 5 stars. But over the weekend, things changed. After returning home, I took a look at under the hood to change the air filter and noticed that they had not topped off the coolant as they said they did. They told me this was done, and they even printed it out on the receipt, so I had assumed they did. I also saw them topping off some fluid, but now I am guessing it was the windshield fluid, but my coolant level was low. I brought the car back on Monday and told them that the coolant wasn't topped off. The guy I spoke with was very professional and apologetic and was immediately getting my car ready to get the coolant topped off. But then, right after writing on the windshield that I needed the coolant topped off, he looked at the car and asked me whether the car was a hybrid. Apparently, they don't top off coolants for hybrid cars. He apologized and told me that they just don't have the right coolant for hybrid cars, and so I would have to bring it to my dealer to get that done. This would not have been a problem if I was told at the onset. However, at the time of my visit, I was explicitly told that the coolant was topped off and it was so written in my invoice. Had I not looked under the hood, I would never have known, and it would have been a potential hazard, since I would have firmly believed that my car was well maintained. As it is, the coolant level is on the low marker, and they should have notified me of this, not lie and say they topped everything off. My number one concern when looking for car mechanics is trustworthiness. We have all heard about the scammers and the guys who will try to make dirty money, especially from girls who don't look like they know cars. I am high culprit. With what happened, I am now worried that they did not put proper synthetic engine oil. I just don't have any way of checking and my faith in them is shattered. I will not be going back here. ======================== Easy oil change, and takes about 20 minutes, minus wait time if there are cars in front of you. As you pull in, they have me a bottle of cold water and greeted me friendly. Once you pull in, they also go over the services they provide. I had called earlier to ask for their oil change prices and the girl who I had talked to told me that there was a promotion this month for $25 off of any oil change. I even had her name down but when I told the guys at the shop, they said she doesn't work here and seem to have no idea what promotion I was talking about. Thankfully, I did have a coupon that a friend had given me so I ended up using that, but if I hadn't, it would've been hard to back out of the service at this point. Before you are able to see the prices and the service options, they will write with a red marker on your windshield and they will not erase it until after service is done, so once you pull in, it is very difficult to get out of service. Thankfully, everything went well and I was able to get the oil changed in the amount I was expecting to. Refer to the price list in my photos. I asked what the difference was between the advanced full synthetic and the premium, and they told me that they were both synthetic, but that the advanced had some additives in it, but he didn't explain exactly what that was. Overall everyone was friendly and the experience smooth and easy.

For oil changes, they are a bit high in price but if you want a deal on those then I recommend going somewhere that specializes in oil changes since Manyo charges for their expertise. What's nice is when you get an oil change there, they often inform you of what might need repair in the future and what to be cautious about so you know what to budget for regarding normal car wear and tear. Love it here and will continue to use them in the future like I have the last 5 years!

After 15 months and many trips back to the dealership to get the issue resolved, I was told by the service advisor that I'll have to live with the issue. I got permission from the insurance company to take it to Manyo, and It was fixed in one visit. they replaced both wheel bearings, that the Toyota dealer claimed they replaced, and a tie rod end. My car is now fixed and I'm very grateful to the folks at Manyo for making my 3 year old car correct. Many thanks to David and his crew. Steve W.

Past experience has taught me that the sound is from a nail in my tire or a rock stuck in the tread of a tire. I pulled over and found a large sheet metal screw in the driver's side front tire. I added the maintenance package to my tires when I bought them because I knew my 4+ years of no tire issues was bound to end, except I couldn't get through when I called, and they were about a 25 minute drive away via the highway, which wouldn't be the smartest move to attempt. Pulled up local tire shops and Waheed's was the nearest with a 4 1/2 star rating on Yelp. Called them up, explained my situation, and they said come right over. I pulled up, told the gentleman which tire had the screw in it, he guided me toward backing up and forward and turning wheels until he saw it. Then he grabbed his tools and a plug, removed the screw and plugged the hole without me even leaving my car! I heard a little air escape for a few seconds between removing the screw, prepping the hole, and plugging it, but the tire pressure light didn't come on, so he assured me I was good to go. No issues at all since the repair. I'll call my tire store anyway to follow up, but Waheed's showed me why they are highly rated, and I highly recommend them. Inexpensive and very fast repair (less than 10 minutes), great service (I tipped the guy who made the repair), and one very happy customer (me).
