After several minutes This guy (IVAN on the name tag) came out eye balling me like he wanted to fight and screaming for me to not honk the horn! I said there was no sign of anyone and I was just trying to get someones attention! As he continued to be rude I said I would have a word with his boss about the way he communicates with the customers. That's when he came at me swearing dropping F bombs like they where going out of style and went on that he was the boss! (I knew he wasn't because I was a loyal customer and knew the manager was Mike) I told him to F*&# off and started to back up to leave as he followed my car as if he wanted to fight! I'm a 63 year old but caught myself before getting out of the car to do something crazy like beat the shit out of a smart ass punk. I called Mike a few days later to fill him in on his employee of the month. Mike said he would check into it but I do not know the results of that conversation. Needless to say I will be finding another oil change company to do business with. If you happen to go there and IVAN is still there say Hi for me. By the way I went to the Dealer! $80 for a full synthetic oil change and they washed the car!

    JIFFY LUBE'S SYSTEM CAUSED THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Jiffy Lube's flawed system lists an incorrect oil filter as "compatible" with my vehicle, and their refusal to take responsibility has cost me over $4,600 in repairs. THE PROBLEM: Their system wrongly lists an oil filter that is NOT compatible with the 2011 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi, OF2222-MO10060. The correct filter is Mopar MO-899 or one similar in size and function. This incorrect filter was more than half the size of the OEM filter (see photos) and they used it in multiple oil changes, leading to severe oil pressure issues and catastrophic engine damage. The technicians followed their system, but the real failure lies with Jiffy Lube and their inaccurate parts database. HOW JIFFY LUBE HANDLED IT: Refused to acknowledge their mistake, even when I provided proof from a certified mechanic who confirmed the incorrect filter caused my engine issues (damaged lifters, camshaft, oil pressure switch, starter and 100% blocked oil screen from blown filter paper remnants requiring five oil flushes to clear). Ignored clear evidence proving the damage was caused by their system's error. Denied my claim completely, leaving me with thousands in repair bills due to THEIR negligence. DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE! If they can't even get something as basic as an oil filter right, why would you trust them with your vehicle? Their refusal to take accountability proves that they don't care about their customers--only profits. SPREAD THE WORD! I'm warning everyone: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'll be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and consumer protection agencies until Jiffy Lube is held accountable for their reckless negligence. *UPDATE* I sent all of the requested information over according to the owner's response and just as I suspected, I was stonewalled and there was no resolution. Guest services responded and said: "Hello Jared, we saw your email below and located the attached denial letter that was emailed to you. Here's the problem: I tried to return them three separate times within the 90-day window, but every time I went in, they didn't have the tire in stock. Now I'm just six days past the 90-day period, and they're telling me the warranty no longer applies--despite the fact that it was Firestone's own inventory and scheduling issues that caused the delay in the first place. This is not just frustrating--it feels dishonest. I played by the rules. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this within the warranty period. Now Firestone is hiding behind a technicality that they created. If this is how they stand by their "satisfaction guarantee," then it's clear that the warranty is more of a marketing tactic than a real promise. This is the kind of experience that makes customers lose trust. I'm asking Firestone to do the right thing and honor the warranty. If they don't, I'll make sure others know to think twice before relying on their guarantees.

The alignment came out perfect, he even fixed my slightly off center steering wheel. Another shop told me I would also need to calibrate the steering angle sensor and pay extra for it, but here they did not mention it and it was not needed. Everything turned out great. The price was very reasonable. Unlike other shops like Midas that told me to fix part of the problem myself, which is completely ridiculous, he handled everything so my car drives straight now. They did it very quickly too I called ahead and had everything done while I waited in just about an hour to an hour and a half. I will definitely come back again. Huge thanks to Joshua for showing where is the leak at!

    dishonest auto repair business. I reviewed what service I wanted with Eddie twice. I was very…read morespecific. I wanted him to extend exhaust hangers on a muffler and slightly bend a muffler pipe by maybe 5 degrees. he said he wanted to mount the new muffler to the car to get the right fitment. I specifically told him I wanted to be able to switch my mufflers out so DO NOT weld the muffler in place. I come back 1.5hrs later and he hasn't extended the exhaust hanger, hasnt bent the muffler pipe and has welded the muffler in place. They didn't do the two modifications I wanted, and they did the one think I specifically told them no to do. They also disconnected the chassis brace that connects the frame to the subframe because they way they welded it now rattles on the brace (this is a safety issue). previously I was able to adjust this so it did t rattle, but because they welded it, it's no longer adjustable. Now I'm worse off than when I started before dealing with Eddie. I spoke with Eddie explaining how he did none of what I wanted and specifically did what I didn't want him to do. I asked for my money back and Eddie wasnt having none of that. This was 100% a rip off where Eddie cut corners, and did what he thought was easiest and fastest rather than what I told him and paid him to do. This is not an honest auto repair business and I would not trust them to work on my car at all.
